Our truck broke down while we were traveling and our roadside assistance sent A-1 Towing to help us, Josh arrived on time and towed our truck to the dealership at night in the rain. He was a great young man, very skilled and courteous to us. The dealership was closed, and he made sure our truck was secure for the night and didn't roll into the street since it wouldn't go into park. I highly recommend this towing company.

I call and the guy only says hello and call back in business hours and hangs up when i live next to a guy that works there and he said he dont know why its 24/7

OMG... Josh was AMAZING!!!! We were heading to Florida on a cruise and had some car trouble and Josh, got us through!!!Not only did he jump our truck,but he followed us to the auto repair place and made sure we got there safely!!! You don't get this kind of customer service from a tow company! Thanks Josh

His service doesn't even deserve a star. I felt discriminated on based on my race or gender (woman). He did not want to help me this morning. He arrived and was just supposed to jump start my car; he hooked the jump box up and told me to try it, didn't work, told me close the door and try it still click click. 'Your battery is too dead' he says and walks off; not saying or trying anything else. I called my 70 year old uncle whom came and hooked the cables up and it started. I pay for roadside assistance. He made me feel undeserving the way he dismissed me. he looked at me as if I was nothing and was gone before I was back in my home. I cried bc I am a single mother who needed to get to work and get my children to school I will never use them again

The idiot who answers the phones won't give you the time of day or let you get a sentence out before they hang up the phone. We asked if they could unlock a car and he immediately hung up the phone and wouldn't answer any further calls on my phone or my boyfriends phone. Awful service would 100% not recommended them!!!

Damaged the front of my car during towing. Tried to call and the receptionist asked the same questions repeatedly after getting an answer from me. I told him to have someone else call me the next day because I was at work but he called 20 minutes later anyways.

Awful customer service, guy that answered phone very rude. Person at counter was swearing at customers. Cars were illegally towed from lot that was incorrectly posted by Florida State Statue. We couldn't even see the sign where we pulled in due to branches covering sign and the signs were not the proper height or distance from curb. When they towed one of the cars they damaged the car.

I wasnt even able to use their service because the guy who answered the phone hung up on me before i could get a price because he didnt want to give me a price. Apparently you don't need the business!
