By far the worst customer service and worst ran post office I've ever seen. I've done sent out 2 letters containing money orders and both never got delivered.....I've been held up in line many times so the worker can finish her business on her cell phone. Zero accountability what so ever...

Went to Camden/Wyoming post office on Tuesday April 30th to mail a package but was turned away because they would not take cash only credit cards. Ridiculous. Had to go to the Dover post office to mail my package. So much for customer service. Your tax dollars at work.

Truly at a loss for words to describe how rude my interaction was with the postal worker today. A lack of congeniality to say the least, would be a gross understatement. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend going if you have to speak to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. The last two days the post office hasn’t delivered my mail. I know what packages and mail pieces to expect because I utilize informed delivery. The reason for the exception states “unable to access delivery location”. My mailbox is completely accessible, there isn’t a single thing keeping my mailbox from being accessible except the people who are refusing to deliver my mail. Also, I don’t live on an island that’s only accessible by boat, I live in a residential development with paved roads and egresses to other major thoroughfares. At 430 today, I saw the postal service truck in my development. However, I get a notification at 6:58 pm saying I can pick up my mail at the post office the next business day. Sure, I’ll take time out of my day to do someone else’s job. At least, I know it will get done correctly and in a timely fashion because trusting the Camden Post Office to do their job is like trusting a fart.

For years we’ve dealt with random peoples mail from around the neighborhood end up in our mail box or on our front porch, I’ve delivered I don’t know how many packages to the right address wether it be a couple houses over or a couple of streets over. We’ve had mail marked as delivered that we’ve never received and letters missing that family members have sent. I get that it’s a lot of mail to go through and mistakes happen, but it’s a regular occurrence. Just yesterday I had 5 pieces of mail from two different addresses put in my box. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because every staff member I’ve had an encounter with has been friendly

This office received my package on 11-8-23 and sent it to Laurel,Delaware who had to send it back, done a service request and it looks like they have had it since then, today is 11-18-23 and still not delivered, this will cost me a lot of money and if I can I will cost you a lot more, will be filing several complaints to try to get you replaced. After several tries to call I have decided you do not answer the phone.

I called the main usps cust service number and the lady i spoke to was very kind and empathetic with me she was patient and really listened to my concern about my po box being closed and the issues i was having with paying my bill. she took notes and relayed my message directly to my post office in camden wyoming, delaware. she even went ahead and gave me the phone number where i could directly call the post office myself. within 24 hours, the supervisor of my post office in camden wyoming, delaware was so gentle spoken and kind. such a warm gentle welcoming tone in his voice and he was able to reference my request and concern. he took the time to place me hold to ask his team some questions to clarify and make sure he was getting the best answers for me. he came back on the phone and told me that they would be able to keep my box open as long as i had someone come in soon to pay it. i told him to give me a week and he said ok no problem. he even went ahead and told me that he supports my business and he has been following my business on social media. i asked him if miss val still worked there and he said yes so i asked him to tell her i said hello. its like my extended family there and i felt at ease that they were taking great care of my mail while i travel outside the country. i feel confident and satisfied to work with that team. super nice and supportive. love them so much!

Absolute atrocious customer service from who I am assuming is Valeria judging by everyone else’s reviews. I had a simple request to ship something out, had everything I needed and she told me she simply couldn’t ship it with no explanation. This is absolutely unacceptable and no one should be treated like that. The man working with her was telling her to just make me a label and I guess she just didn’t want to help. Will NEVER EVER be using the Camden post office ever again. If I could give negative stars, I would. Would never recommend. Someone that unhappy needs to just retire!

Horrible. Decided to go to Camden‐Wyoming Post Office on my way home from work, instead of the Dover Post Office. Thinking it would be more convenient, timesaving, and friendly. Big mistake! Ignored for at least 15 minutes while listening to the employees cussing and throwing packages. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

So I was suppose to get this document yesterday ? & yes Fl had a lil hurricane but why I can't have it today ? oh I'm sorry ya'll closed ugh well what am I supposed to do now I still don't have my document that I trusted USPS to deliver in 1 DAY! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT ? I WANT THE MONEY BACK TOO. A lil case ain't helping me today!
