Wonderful first-time experience. My daughter decided to dye her own hair and then try and bleach it back turning it orange/red we went months not doing anything with her hair. We thought there is no way to fix this. Jeremy pulled it off her hair looks beautiful ?

Sami does a wonderful job on my hair every time! She listens and takes the time to make sure you're satisfied with your cut and style. Staff is super friendly and they make it super easy to fit into my work schedule. Highly recommend!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you want your hair messed up and then the blame placed on “damaged hair”. I tried to handle this the right way. Was left with pink/orange hair on a Dec 2 appt. Was promised it would “fade” and it happened because my hair was so “damaged”. Weird my hair was so “damaged” but only on the front undersides. After texting, messaging numerous times to Amanda (who then gave her phone to her son who apparently didn’t know who “Amanda” was) and

After texting, messaging numerous times to Amanda and even reaching out to the owner I was told I could come in on Jan 25. By this time I already had my next appointment with a reputable salon in March. What a surprise to find out she did my hair beautifully and said my hair was NOT damaged and the previous stylist probably didn't leave the product on long enough. The owner's answer to my credit card company was that I tipped the stylist. Of course I did when she dried my hair with my back facing the mirror so I didn't notice how bad it was until after I left. Plus the fact I was charged $190 for a terrible job. Unbelievable

Everyone there is amazing, but please please please stay clear of Amanda's chair. She will completely ruin your hair. It's going to cost me more to have it fixed than what I had done.
