Darian at the Concord Mall location has been amazing and super kind and helpful. She has assisted with both mine and my fiancé’s wedding band purchases. She has offered to clean my engagement ring each time we have come in and made it look brand new each time. She definitely loves her job and is passionate about what she does. Will definitely return for other jewelry needs in the future.

I was looking for a wedding band for my fiancé. 8/9 I went to my first choice Kay service was great but price was to high. So I decided to shop around. Went to Zales in the Concord Mall (Delaware) meet with a woman by the name Darlene Glava . OMG she made my shopping so pleasant. She was the sweetest person I meet that day. Full of energy, you can tell she aims to please and enjoys her job when she’s there. She showed my my chooses. I purchased the band and walked out pleased. She was so nice I was about to invite her to the wedding. Thank you Ms. Glava for making my shopping experience there so GREAT.

My absolute favorite store. I was helped by Darian.
Darian was amazing, she made sure my needs and wants were met and was so good with helping me pick out my favorite diamond necklace. And when I stopped back in to get a replacement wedding ring when I had accidentally lost mine, I just HAD to make sure Darian was there! And she was! She greeted me like family with a huge smile and was able to pick out my new ring that fits and suites me so well!!
I cannot express how amazing and kind she was!
I even spoke to a friend who said the same thing about her. She always has a smile on and talks to you like family.
This Zales is my favorite by far.
I recommend this store to everyone, and if you want an amazing and pleasant experience, ask for Darian!!!!

We went to the Zales location in Delaware concord mall, the service was absolutely amazing. Aaron and Brittany helped us find the most amazing ring without giving us pressure in purchasing. They truly catered to all our needs and had exceptional service. I highly recommend visiting this place for you jewelry needs! They deserve a raise!

We had looked at other rings in another state at Zales and online. We decided to come closer to home once we knew what we wanted. Then we met Rekha and everything changed. The very first ring she showed us was more perfect than anything we had thought of. She is sweet, has great design, and is very knowledgeable. If you ever come to Zales / Concord please come see her - you won’t be disappointed!
