I've been a member for just about 2 decades. The western y is one of the unprofessional, impatient and racist branches I've ever been too. They front desk workers are incompetent liars. I'm glad to be finally walking away. I will share my experience to each minority I come across.

I go for the community, the Y’s mission and fitness. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I have tried them all.

Never returns phone calls. I have a issue with one of the branches involving my personal property and the fees. I love the YMCA but customer service is not up to par
