When i made a called and it get answered service is good but calling and waiting for your called to be answered is terrible and all the question at the selection to be made is a nightmare I continued with Xfinity but I dropped my cable part after 26 years I just kept internet and Phone and Xfinity Stream and my bill was cut in half. The streaming box you get is call Xumo I still dissatisfied I dropped my cable because the bill was so high now that I dropped my channels and I kept Xfinity streaming in which I do not really like I guess I need to learn hardly no enough Spanish streaming like I was hoping for only a lot of movies is like going from 100 being a happy customer to go down to 50 of a happy customer saving is good for us but this streaming box I wouldn’t recommend but you can get any other streaming box if u liked so far I don’t like Xfinity streaming it came with no instruction just gave you a number to call but it doesn’t give you any instruction to follow im so disappointed.

manager won't listen to resolve an issue he just listens to answer what ever he feels because he is the manager when you call him out on his shouting he stated loosing his hearing and that is why he is loud lie I've been there for a while that had been the case i shouldhave listen to his shouting to all the customers we have been there for a couple i even presence an ederly woman talking with another worker bout his manager threatened her by stating that he was going to have her been removed from the store so yeah xfinity mess your account and the managers are just to volatile to be at customer services

The team was incredibly helpful and quick getting me set up with Xfinity mobile today. Fab, in particular, made it so easy for us to switch from another carrier and get our new phones set up. Would highly recommend Xfinity and this location.

Dallas Henry is an EXTRAORDINARY Sales Consultant!!! He listens well, gives great advice when asked, shows empathy and demonstrates excellent product knowledge. I went in the store to take an initial look at a new phone without the intent to buy that day due to my lack of knowledge and technical capabilities. I feel SO FORTUNATE that Dallas was at the counter and ready and willing to help. Spoiler: Dallas did end up taking my order within a half hour and only after he addressed all of my concerns and educated me with regard to my choices!! I never felt "pushed" and with all I learned in a short period of time, I was totally comfortable moving into the order taking process. I honestly felt that Dallas "cared" about my satisfaction and he wanted me to have the phone that would best meet my needs. Dallas is a true professional - I have been in sales most of my life and I still take my hat off to Dallas as a standout. He helped me the same way I would have helped others ... with a personal connection and never any pressure - with proper education, pressure has no place in the transaction other than driving people away. He gently guided me from beginning to end and the outcome was a 5/5 sales transaction from this buyer's perspective. Thank you Dallas, I know you'll be there for me again when the data transfer takes place and I'll continue recommending that people go see you for a totally positive transaction. Because of Dallas, Xfinity Mobile has my business guaranteed for another two years. I certainly hope "upper management" takes the time to read these reviews... Dallas Henry deserves positive recognition and monetary rewards for being an excellent employee who makes customers feel special!! That's priceless!!

Terrible place. Terrible customer service. I have requested xfinity twice to cancel my account in my old address. But it still charges my credit card from the same account despite placing the cancellation request, not once, but twice. One time I visited, they said they donot know how to cancel services. Ron was helping me. Do not really know what kind of salesperson or technician training they are providing nowadays. I have been an Xfinity customer for the past 5 years and have moved twice before. Never have I had so much trouble with their service.Oh to add to that... their wait time is 1 hour. ?

Ty at the Xfinity Store on 9/24 was extremely helpful! I had issues connecting with Xfinity customer service over the phone, and Ty handled the issues with no problem at all. Truly saved my Sunday!

It worst customer service!! . The internet service and their phone service awful!! The internet cut off. Not good service. It says I didn’t pay my bill and I did!! Customer service doesn’t even know how to solve the issue. They very slowww if you contact them they are are super slow and you will waste your time and end they won’t do nothing. All they will says “ Comcast Care Chat: Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Be rest assured, I will surely look into that for you’’ that all they can say but nothing will get done!!!

They Keep messing up on my service plan. One month my plan is cheaper and the next somehow my bill is higher. I have to fight on the phone with these guys every other month. I love my cameras and internet service and streaming , but it's always something wrong with something on my bill. It's just frustrating.

Wifi kept cutting on & off. Husband went to store returned old rotary for new. No customer service besides handing it to him. He spent last night trying to get it working. Called 800 to no avail. Had a associate come to our house and be a condescending a@#. Saying he should've of known this & that then couldn't wait to see if it actually worked cause he had another call!! What 1a joke this company hires. Waited 4 hrs for someone to come & this is the great service we got Meanwhile we're paying almost $200 a month for crap Time to go elsewhere.

Maybe a different procedure is needed for exchanging cable boxes. After an hour and 20 minute wait I asked the check in guy what it would take to just exchange the box. He became very testy and VERY sarcastic saying, “ When your name is called you will walk back to the next available agent and ask to exchange your cable box.” When I said we are used to just coming in and handing it over at the desk and getting a new one.” “ Well, you just can’t hand me a box and I had you another one!” I told him after an hour and 20minute wait NOT to start with me.Finally, a young girl called our name and apologized for the wait and said we were next or could make an appointment. The agent appeared, called our name, exchanged the box, apologized for the wait and we were out of the store in less than 5 minutes.If there was an agent available just for exchange, or training the guy at the front desk to perform this task as well as training him in customer service, it might help. We were not the only ones receiving his testy, sarcastic and rude behaviors.
