I have a family member that banks here too. They went to get a new debit card and wsfs gave them one connected to MY checking rather than my family member's checking. I was eventually credited for the purchases made from that card once I noticed the mistake, but WSFS has admitted no wrongdoing, hasn't explained how this happened, and won't respond to my inquiries. I've banked here for so long but I'm looking for a new bank.
