Had hard time getting scheduled recycle picked up, and when calling in, they won't come out or reimburse you. Tech kept lying about picking up recycle, but never came. Continued to have price increase every year, last price increase was a 35% quarterly increase.

The only problem I have at the moment is that I've signed up to receive notices on delays or switched days of pickup due to holidays or weather.

Service is fine. Until, there is a holiday and a swing driver who doesnt have a key to our gate and we get skipped with a full dumpster, only to be told it wont get dumped until the following week. I understand shortage of drivers and holiday schedules are a mess. What I will not pay is $300 to have an exception pick up when the driver was not able to get in because they didnt share the key with the swing driver. Accomodation should me made withour fault to the client. Aside of holiday hiccups, service is fine.

They’re late every single week. For the whole block. Neighborhood smells stinky come Saturday. Would not recommend.

Bought my house in August '23, the 1st 4 weeks were a complete train wreck trying to get service that I signed up for, when finally got the service set up, they dropped the ball several times on my collection, I AM GOING TO SET UP NEW SERVICE WITH ANOTHER COMPANY! Have patience when starting your service!

Was a user until your rates went up 50% . $95 to $150. Had to shop around and found service at $85 We had a good run 10+ years

They missed the pickup after Christmas without any prior notice. The worst automated customer service and calling number. It took one whole day for them to call me back to only tell me they were not able to help and gave me another number, which ended up with the same automated answering service.

The guy's on the trash truck always here every week but only had an issue with the recycling side saying that they pick up and didn't other than that all is ok now we have got it resolved
