Please please please do NOT take your animal here. They do NOT care about your animals ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. they gave us back an unsafe discharged dog. And they not having money back in your face. We spend more than 5000 dollars at this point. Really just blew our minds. They could come back with sweet little excuses. BUT PLEASE DON'T LET YOUR PET DIE DUE TO UNSAFE DISCHARGE.THIS is the second time w going through this with them. THIS WILL BE THE LAST !!! please use other vets. They have 5 locations. We will probably ended up with a safe healthy pet if it was at another place.

The worst Animal Hospital I have ever been to in my life. Avoid Julian and Anna at all costs!! They lack the ability to perform any basic clinical research and do not understand basic treatment options, was told meat is bad for dogs and bagged dog food has better nutrients somehow. They pushed unnecessary treatment options to bring in revenue without taking into account an animals entire health. Not much regard for animal safety, a result of their negligence of mixing doses for rabies and Librela for her arthritis led to my dog needing to be put down due to major neurological damage as a result of heavy metal poisoning. They now refuse to answer my calls and emails, the office manager attempted to say did I hit my dog or did she fall on her head. Major breach of trust and immoral behavior with everyone involved. If you care about your animal stay far away from this nightmare of a place. My heart is forever broken now.

Windcrest Animal Hospital has been our vet for quite some time and with new additions of a bunny and some birds we have gotten the pleasure of meeting Dr. Julian. Dr. Julian sincerely cares about all the animals and you can feel it in his actions. If you're in need of a small animal vet Dr. Julian is definitely the way to go.

My local animal hospital refused my sick cat, but Windcrest was happy to assist. We were told how many people were ahead of us and how long the wait could be. There is a parking area outside the emergency entrance and someone comes out to check in the patient. We got lucky and someone else left so our wait to get in was an hour. We ended up being there another 3 hours because of other more serious emergencies which I completely understand. The important thing is the wonderful care we received and the fact that my cat recovered. Windcrest is worth the drive and worth the wait.

After going to my original vet and a animal urgent care I finally came here and they cured my Rottweiler of what was bothering him and even kept updating me on what to do via email and just like that I decided to stop going to my original vet who was 5 minutes from my house and now going to Windcrest for everything.

The staff at Windcrest helped me through one of the worst things possible - the loss of a pet. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a veterinary center. To those complaining about money and billing procedures. This is a vet, not a people hospital or doctor's office. There is no medical insurance guaranteeing payment at a later date. Pet costs are expensive and nothing in life is free.

I never write reviews, but this staff deserves it. I took my senior cat here for their emergency services. What we thought was a simple diagnosis soon turned very complicated. They were with my cat every step of the way, and were in contact with me about everything going on with him. They even let us have more time with him when he became critical and made sure he was comfortable and surrounded by us. In the end, we had to put him down. They were so kind and even let his bonded brother come to be a part of the day to say goodbye. We received a hand written card today for him. I can’t thank them enough for their care and kindness during this unexpected loss. ? Thanks to Dr. Drummond, Dr. Kearn, and the awesome vet techs for everything.

Unfortunately we had to bring our oldest cat here as it appeared he’d had a stroke. We had to say goodbye to him and the staff, who had never seen us before, was just so wonderful and caring. Not just that day, but also when I went to pick up his ashes and paw print. Then today, we received a card signed by all the staff that day??? THANK YOU

Windcrest has seen 6 of my pets over the last 4 years. I brought my pet rats there for checkups, they helped me treat them when they got sick. They were always really sweet to my rats, gave them many pets and searches. When one of my babies' pneumonia got out of hand we had no choice but to put him down. That was when Covid just started so we couldn't come in. We handed the rat to their emergency room vet and came back to pick up his ashes after some time. The staff was very sweet and compassionate. They sent us a card signed by staff afterwards too. We recently got another rat put down and we were able to come in this time. Once again the staff was super nice and gentle with our ratto. They took him into a different room to give him an injection. I see that there's another comment below where they didn't do that for another rat. I'm not sure why. When they brought him back he was sleepy and I cuddled him until he fell asleep peacefully. Once again they sent us a card in the mail later. Now we have a puppy that we take to Windcrest. I have no complaints there. My only issue is that I can't get her groomed there unless she gets a flu shot, but that's not a big deal since we have a groomer closer to where we live. We moved across the bridge from Windcrest but I honestly don't feel like switching to another vet because I like them so much.

Their emergency room tended to our bunny, and everything about the experience was great. They took fantastic care of Gary, kept us up to date with everything going on - and even sent us home with the best instructions on how to are for our little man once we got home. Can’t say enough good about this hospital and their exotic animal specialist!

Our rat was suffering so my wife called and got a $180 quote to euthanize her. She drives there immediately and they try charging over $350. Ridiculous, to put a rat out of its misery.

My pet rat was a patient here for some time. She developed cancer and I brought her in to be euthanized. It was an extremely traumatic experience. I could hear the vet tech in the back respond to another employee that she would do something as soon as she "puts this rat down." She then came in and proceeded to put the entire length of a long needle through the back of my rat, essentially stabbing her completely through. My rat screamed and stood looking dazed for a few minutes. The tech then said it didn't work and she took her to the back to finish the euthanasia. My sweet rat died in pain and alone without any compassion. It has tainted my memories of her completely. This was a few years ago and I still can't get over the experience. I feel like I failed her. The tech had no compassion and no clearly no experience injecting small animals. The vet who had been treating her never even came in.
