I cannot comment on the quality of their work, because I haven't really been able to work with anyone. I've called twice and talked to a very friendly and reassuring receptionist who promised me that someone would call. It's been two weeks since my last contact and no one has called.Maybe they are just not into new clients at this time??

Called in to find out info on taxes. Was put on a long hold. A Jennifer told me she could not help me even after I was okay with the pay. Extremely rude. Not sure how they have any clients with the way she spoke. They should have someone better representing the company. Because I heard nothing bad about Tom or Rob.

I would consider other accounting firms before selecting this one. They are very expensive compared to other Firms performing the same work. The Principals are very poor communicators (they rarely answer eMails or take forever before they do) and they rely too much on lower level clerks to prepare Tax Returns and on Tax Prep Software ( I think they use Quick Books) and no time on "Human" review of Tax returns. Nothing wrong with Quick Books but how can they justify hours of Billed time for entering numbers in their computer program? I never get any questions about my returns, only large invoices and lots of money due to the IRS. I never seem to get any refunds, only large amounts of Tax Due. I follow their Tax Advice and still have to pay in large sums every year. Look at other Accounting Firms before choosing this one as a last resort.

Called on a Thursday to request a meeting, was told an Eric would call me. Called back on Friday and was told a Tom would call me. It's been a week and no one has returned my calls; guess my business isn't worth it to them.

I first met Tim Humphreys in the early 90's when I had my businesses in Pittsburgh, PA. I was very impressed with Tim, and even though I was in Pittsburgh and he was in Delaware I changed from my local CPA to Tim's firm. It was one of the best business decisions that I have ever made. I have continued to use Tim and his staff for all of our accounting and payroll needs even though I am now in South Carolina. I just can't say enough good things about Tim and his entire staff. They have provided excellent service in everything that they have done for us, and have been a tremendous help in assisting us in growing our business. I highly reccomend them
