This is the absolute worst Wells Fargo I have ever been to. I went in to make a simple change to my account and they said there were no available bankers that day so I would need to schedule an appointment and they gave me a QR code to do that. I had no problem doing that so I scheduled an appointment and rearranged my work schedule in order to do so. They confirmed the appointment with me via text and email the day before. Then the day of while I was working they called me saying that there would be no banker available for the entire week and that I would need to go to a different location at a completely different time or otherwise reschedule for another week. All this just because Wells Fargo changed their policy regarding bank accounts and they will not allow me to write personal checks with my account type anymore so I had to switch my account type just to be able to write personal checks.

Do not recommend this location, no one came out to see what people needed in lobby for over half hour and ended up leaving because there was no clear signage about signing in up front to be seen by banker which led to my grandmother who holds an account with Wells Fargo to have two people who came in after us to end up being seen first. They ladies up front told her to wait for a follow up call to end up being seen. We will be going to another location not this one.

I've received good service at this bank both online and in person. The tellers are competent and for the most part friendly. Competent being more important of course. The floor people I've worked with are also competent and friendly as well. Their online services work for me. The check deposit by smart phone is especially useful.

this branch is always friendly, fast and can exchange international currency. that's a bonus. and WF wants you to use your debt card so they reward you w/ free checking when you swipe it 10x per month. plus another dollar is transferred to savings with each swipe making it super easy to save. plus they have ATMs nationwide. so get a Flyers card, swipe it everywhere and grow some savings. boom

I was there recently and waiting for a sit-down customer service rep. I was waiting a long time because the sit-down customer service rep was speaking socially with a customer, rather than moving things along. It was very annoying!! The staff don't seem to care about customer wait time!

They wont let me withdraw my money from secured card that i put in simply because i lost my pin but have to wait for a pin in mail but wont let me withdraw while im there. I will be CLOSING MY ACCOUNT, no more wells fargo, they arent halpful as u think, even manager wasnt helping!

I went to this branch one time because it was the nearest one that had foreign currency, which I needed for a trip. I called first, and they confirmed that they had foreign currency there. However, when I got there at 4:48pm, I found out that, even though they are open until 5pm, they stop offering the foreign currency at 4:45, making me waste the trip. Whatever the logistical reason for stopping that before closing was, I believe the person who answered my call should have specified that.
