I quite enjoyed this location friendly people, lines move at a decent rate and also they are always asking if one needs help with account problems, questions and recommendations to make things better and easier.

Most definitely the slowest and most packed Wells Fargo I've ever been in! The wait is ridiculous. The parking is horrid as well.

Terrible customer service at this branch. Policies adhered to by some but not by all. Tried to tell my husband he couldn't pay or mortgage because he wasn't on the loan. (He's on the deed, and he's paying the mortgage. Makes no sense to me) he had his ID and info. The manager was smug on the phone when I called to talk to him and attempted to get me to agree that my husband was out of line when he became aggravated. (All he did was leave the branch without finishing his conversation with the manager because he became extremely frustrated. No yelling or anything of the sort.) Stay away from this branch. Do yourself a favor and go to the one by the YMCA on kirkwood highway. Their customer service is amazing and they're always easy to deal with. Not to mention act like they actually enjoy taking care of you as a customer.

Long story short--I went to surprise my cousin with extra cash since she was running low, but apparently there's a new policy which requires an account number in order to make a cash deposit... I used to go there to deposit cash as a surprise to my brother who lives states away ALL the time on special occasions on simply his name and birthdate alone--sometimes his address for verification (simple and efficient right?) Wtf? What bank requires an account number just to DEPOSIT into an account? I'm sorry, but "confidentiality" or not, that's the most inconvenient and incompetent policy I've ever heard of. What sense does that even make? I mean... I can understand how some people may deposit into the wrong accounts, but that's on them... a full name, birthdate, and address should be sufficient enough to deposit into any account. Obtaining an account number to DEPOSIT cash seems a bit counterintuitive in regards to maintaining confidentiality... Am I tripping? I wouldn't want someone's account number readily available, what kinda mess?? Am I wrong for thinking that this is inconvenient and ridiculous? Na?... Oh well, 2 stars from me based on that ridiculous policy alone. Glad I don't bank here! They got that.
