I would like to applaud the food manager at the faulk rd store. As soon as I explained how the volume of the music can make it very disorienting for the visually impaired. He immediately went and reduced the volume. Thank you for your fast action.

They consistently lose your food, misplace your ticket or forget to make your food all together. Tonight was the SECOND time that I have shown up and was told they had no idea where my food was. I was directed to the manager Beth who was awful. She didn’t seem like she knew anything. I told her I ordered at 5 pm for a pick up at 7. She said “ oh we wouldn’t have even started on it yet” I said it’s 7:30…. She said oh yea you’re right. I told her that I already paid and she just started at me. As a manager myself, I know how to handle these situations and this was absolutely not it. If you have problems here ask for someone who is not Beth.

I had an unexpected late night at work and had to work until almost 3 a.m. Starving hungr,y I decided to stop by this Wawa on my way home, and my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted warmly and very welcoming. I was the only customer in the store and felt like a bother, but the guy making my sandwich even took the time to double check details. Very happy with visit very friendly late night crew?

This is one of my least favorite Wawa's. They do make good food at times but sometimes it is done sloppily. It seems like they are always running out of something and cannot make your food. The parking is awful and really frustrating to get back out on the road -- I feel like it's a very easy spot to get into an accident if a driver is not paying enough attention. One thing that really bugs me though is every time I go in there a cashier is flirting with every single lady that goes through the check-out line. I believe his name is Sean. If it was friendly and not over-the-top, I wouldn't really care; but it's gotten to the point that I am uncomfortable when he is checking me out. Great customer service does NOT equal extremely flirtatious comments- especially when it's made clear you are not comfortable with it. Just wanted to put that out there- I have spoken to several people about this and they have noticed this man doing exactly what I am saying.Update:Wrote a review 6 years ago about how I dislike this wawa. Decided to give them another chance today, and they did an awful job putting together this Turkey Club, which isn't even toasted, by the way... it would be one thing if they were BUSY, but I was the only one waiting for their food to be made. Maybe if they weren't too busy talking about how they got drunk over the weekend, they would have prepared my sandwich the way it should have been. Get better workers. This Wawa SUCKS and I'd give a lower star rating if possible because I'm PISSED I paid $7.99 for this garbage sandwich. ? Last chance I'm giving because I am highly disappointed that even years later, they haven't improved, not even in the slightest. I'd honestly like my money back. I'm livid.

I have been going to this Wawa now for a few months in the morning before work. I pull in to get my coffee anytime between 430-5am. The night manager recently has been very poor. There is never fresh coffee, and today there was no regular at all because none has been brewed. Something needs to change, unfortunately i don’t have another Wawa on my way to work.

why can’t i order a milkshake. every other frozen item is on the menu. they have the makings of a milkshake. it’s been this way for years i can’t stand it any longer for god’s sake fix the menu

this store is disgusting. I watched someone drinking, take on and off his hat with gloves on and then proceed to make food with the same gloves. There was 3 people behind the counter making food and yet no food was coming out. You would think placing an order ahead would mean it would be done when you got here 10 minutes later. 10/10 don't recommend coming here.
