Don't go there for anything FedEx related. I followed the FedEx directions for a return. The lady at the front scanned the wrong code, then proceeded to tell me I did it wrong. Offered zero explanation as to what was wrong. She must have been overwhelmed by the ONE other customer who was in there.

The walgreens I usually deal with was out of stock for my prescription, they called and determined it was available here. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was most pleasant. Thinking of switching stores.

The store itself is ok but the pharmacy hours are terrible now. I can't understand why stores close at 6 just when people are getting off work. I am switching to rite aid.

I ordered two calendars at the Walgreens 11005 1323 McKennans Church Road, Wilmington, DE store and submitted my order yesterday at 2:30 PM and I received an email at 8:15 PM that my calendars were ready for pickup.When I picked the calendars this morning, the first calendar was fine but the other calendar looked like a drunk put the order together. The months were not together and one of the month picture was upside-downThe manager said he would reimburse the charge me for the calendar. When I picked it up the manager said he never said that.I would not go to Walgreens again and would order my photos elsewhere. Very disappointed.

They lock up deodorant like it's some rare commodity or something. I'm not asking for someone to get out my deodorant for me, it's a waste of my time AND the employees time.

This was the worse experience I had with Walgreens. Today I went to this particular Walgreens and I bought my receipt in there to return my items. The young lady was so pleasant and really trying to help and then she said she had to call the mgr up to assist and that even though it wasn’t going through i may have to take a gift card. I was okay with that because I always shop at Walgreens. So the assistant manager Ian comes up and he scan the receipt he said oh it won’t take the receipt, I said I am aware of that and that’s why she called you up here. He then gave me the receipt back and said it’s nothing we could do and I said wait what do you mean let me speak to the general manager he then said he’s not here and will not be back tomorrow. Ihe then added oh we do t have to take.anything back and walked away. I was disgusted and appalled and I kindly walked out and stated that I will contact everyone until I get my money back. I will never go to that walgreen and will kindly tell everyone to not go to that Walgreens with the nasty assistant manager Ian. The sad thing is I am a escalation manager and to experience this was just horrible.

The woman working in the cosmetics department and the cashiers at the main register are always very kind and helpful. The gentleman that was sent to help me in the photo department was not kind and not helpful. He was not friendly whatsoever and it was very obvious that he was unwilling to help me. I also witnessed him being blatantly rude to the woman who was the cashier on the main register. He called his manager as he was incapable of completing my request and the manager was not helpful either. They said “sorry” however, did not look very much into the issue and this overall gave me a bad customer service experience.
