Poor customer service Sarah is trash was no help at all did not know the sale or what items were apart of the sale heads up the app shows all items that are apart of the deal of the week usually just sad I don’t know where Mike went but this store now is not it looks like I’ll be finding a new location that is more knowledgeable and knows how to provide great customer service. As a manager listen to understand and not to respond.

The people who work in the Walgreens pharmacy are great. I had to take my 85 yr old mother there because the Walgreens on Faulkland Road said she didn't have updated insurance cards and told her it would be $500. She has insurance but had not received the new cards for 2024. She left the the Faulkland Road Walgreens upset and with no meds. I took her to The Walgreens on Kirkwood Highway (by BJs) and they were helpful, they were patient with my mother and they filled her 2 out of 3 prescriptions for $6.00. They understood that she didn't have the updated insurance card but she had her ID and everything else. The inhaler that was prescribed by the Urgent Care doctor was the expense ($293.00), the pharmacist recommended that my mom call her primary doctor to see if she really needed it, since the Urgent Care doctor prescribed it. I want to thank the pharmacy staff for their kindness to my mother.

Sporadically whenever I come here they have issues putting in my insurance. I'm not sure why when it's a pharmacy. Why was it deleted? I was told my insurance is difficult by the guy at the window. Can't anyone do their job anymore? 30 minutes waiting after a 3 hour wait at med Express. I've lost faith in everyone and everything.

This pharmacy has to be one of the most asinine ones. There were two techs and a pharmacist on duty. Drive through is packed and front desk had one other person in front of me. The front desk tech spent thirty minutes talking about utter nonsense. Which I normally wouldn’t mind accept she hold stop her whole process just…..to…talk.Of course a line begins to form but that doesn’t create any sense of urgency. Any other Walgreens, a pharmacist would have hopped on a registerBut nope.

Pharmacy wouldn’t fill script for my husband because he didn’t have insurance and was paying cash! I called to ask if this was Walgreens policy and was told that it’s up to the pharmacist discretion to make that call. I’m confused on why the pharmacist has a say over the Dr that gave him the script. Not my first bad experience with this pharmacy but will definitely be my last.

Withholding scripts already filled for a waiting customer who stepped out a moment to DollarTree store across the parking lot, as usual. Clerk with handicap, pretended that the script was not filled. It was a political statement I've learned. Walked away knowing script was indeed filled. However, target is always wrong here. Exiting store a Police SUV with, K9 in back, pulled into lot and officer entering the store.Decided to return another time. Called the store and returned another day to pick up script. Same clerk said, not filled. I split. I returned another day...To be continued ...Withheld necessary meds from customer for no obvious reasons would take a bold individual. A bit daunting these intimidations rejections are too numerous to spend time on.Eventually the girl gave up the scripts dated couple weeks earlier. Felt bad for that girl.Relax deep breath... progressive relaxation, self hypnosis. Make earth a better place to be.Attitude of gratitude

The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Very easy to get to by bus.

Inside is good, but the pharmacists is the worst so far I have ever been, there were 2 pharmacists there with 3 techs and drivethru was closed,I introduced myself and said I need to a RT-PCR test. And after taking all my info. Pharmacists say they cannot so mine because I didn't have an appointment, and when asked fir the next appointment. I was referred to go to walgreens.There are 5 people there, and everyone as useless as if it was closed.

Not sure who the owner is but obviously, he or she needs to check the store more often. Today I went in to fill my prescription that I placed a week ago. I was told they had not heard from my Dr. However, they could not tell me when they sent him the refill request. Then I ask for three courtesy pills and was told that this was not possible because it is a controlled substance. I told him he is incorrect it is a cholesterol med and is NOT a controlled substance. He then calls the Pharmacist over who tells him exactly what I just told him twice. Working in Nursing since 1994. At least have someone who knows what they are talking about working in the PHARMACY. I don't know where Tan the other Pharmacist is but please get him back. It was well-run then. Not to mention having to wait for almost 30 minutes each time. Will be transferring my prescriptions.

Terrible experience today at the Pharmacy Dept. Arrived with another customer at 9am. Waited for an hour. Long got extremely long the other customer with me waited. I was told I would receive a text. There was only 1 person working. After an hour I saw on the website that my prescription was ready I asked the pharmacist about it being ready she said I had to wait in the long line again to pick it up. I had a swallon ankle as wellI told her that wasn't right I already waited an hour. About 10 minutes later then staff member with the pharmacist finally started to help the only one staff member. The manager of the store walked by a few times and didn't appear to get any help. There needs to be at least 2 staff member working all the time. I plan to contact the corporate office Monday.
