If you had zero stars, I would have given this location zero. The pharmacy is rude and treats customers like idiots. I was shocked at my interaction and overhearing other conversations. I will never frequent this location again.

Some of the pharmacy techs need to realize that if they’re rude to customers they won’t have any. It’s really not that hard to apologize and it would go a long way. Attitude gets you nowhere

I still remember this location as the First Happy Harry’s location. Still miss the Happy Harry’s brand, yet what a difference 50 years makes.
Still busy, yet excellent pharmacy (pharmacists and pharmacy staff)!

The pharmacy is awesome You have to pack your patience because during the busy hours the line is rather long but everybody gets their turn gets their questions answered and if you're a regular like myself everybody knows you.

This Walgreens pharmacy and the staff has the worst attitude ever. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt for years but last week was the last straw for me. I have been getting the same prescription for years. Every single time I needed a refill there was always an issue with this medicine In particular which was testosterone. Every time I interact with them they make me super uncomfortable and always make me feel like a problem. They always told me it was on back order or they never had it. Now this last week they tried to lie and tell me their policy had changed and they were trying give me less of my prescription and wanting me to pay more when that’s not even how my doctor wrote the script. They think they can do whatever they want. Something told me to get a whole new script and send it off to another Walgreens and lo and behold they did it for me without any issues. I know for a fact this Walgreens gives people issues on purpose because they are miserable. Been with them since 2016 and finally had to make the switch after one pharmacist also told me “I should talk to my doctor about my medicine that I’ve been on for 3 years trying to be rude. Don’t go here. They also continued to give me a vial that expired after so many days and just now letting me know. Stay far away!!!

I moved to this area a few months ago,and switched to this store. They got out of my medical needs, so manager went to PA,and got it for me. I really appreciate for great!!service 🙏

I feel bad for the staff, I heard another location closed and the place has been unraveling under the stress of the influx of newcomers. They are very kind but I'm starting to lose my patience! I have been off one of my prescriptions for 2 weeks because of unclear delays ordering my needles/syringes. I catch myself tempted to reuse them! Not good!! If it is not solved tomorrow I will have to find a new pharmacy. I don't feel well.

Employees are spread too thin. It's almost impossible to pick up a prescription without a long wait either in the store or at the drive-thru. Free delivery is 5 to 10 business days. That's not helpful. I think I'll switch another pharmacy.

They overbook vaccinations, make you wait more than an hour with kids that they won't let use the restroom. Awful customer service

Literally waited over a hour for someone to answer the phone, called to see if they had my daughters medicine in stock they wouldn’t tell me said doctors had to call it in. Doctors did call it in and it was filled. Called the doctors 3 days later to find out it was filled but the pharmacy just never called to tell me it was ready. Called again to confirm it was ready and again no answer after waiting a hour on hold on the phone. When answered girl was rude, I normally don’t post reviews but it’s crazy how bad this place is. Normally we deal with rite aid who is amazing but they’d don’t have any of my disgusted meds in stock so we tried here.

Place went downhill when they moved. Nice enough employees but the pharmacy... what did they do to it? Needs more pick up windows and staff. Days wait for medicine, can't get insurance right, I'm not even upset; you can look at the pharmacy staff and see how stressed they are. I have to switch to somewhere else which is a shame. I can walk here. Not sure if anyone reads these but whoever designed the new pharmacy grossly undersized this, it's half the size as the old location but now there's a takeout window so it's twice as busy. I genuinely feel bad for the employees.

I’m giving a 3 stars. Always clean inside and organized but wait times for prescriptions are atrocious. The drive thru option is a horrible option. Plan to wait 30 minutes even if your the second car in-line. The ladies in the pharmacy and the pharmacist are way understaffed.
