Clean, bright, open sections, easy to shop with ample signage. It seemed well designed. Quality customer service is truly lacking. Every time I would go there to pick up an order there was an issue. 3rd time being the charm: I stopped going there. They just couldn't seem to get it together and nobody seemed eager or willing to try. Id wait around after pressing the "assistance" button for what seemed like forever. I'd wait a substantial time (because my time isn't valuable) and then pres again.. and again. The atmosphere of customer engagement was more of a "get over it" and "status quo" service mentality; A "dont ask or expect too much of me" mentality. Even after trying to help the manager do service recovery when I called to bring issues to someone's attention; it was painfully disappointing and much clearer as to why things were the way they were. I now drive 10+ extra miles to get better service sadly.

Great store, and Nick the pharmacist is the best...we got our Coved-19 vaccines and they were just plain amazing! Store well run, organized and immaculate!

I paid by check at the Naamans Rd store. I was charged that day. Two and a half weeks later the original check came out of my account! I called the store today to tell them about it. I was transferred 5 times. Each time I had to repeat the story. Finally the manager got on the phone, I had asked for him from the start. I said do I have to repeat the entire story? Rudely he said, this is the first I am speaking to you and we are very busy, what do you want? I had been passed around for twenty minutes, you charged me twice, don’t be rude to me? Needless to say, there are too many other stores around. I don’t need them! But I will have to deal with Walgreens until u get my money back and then, never again!

I come here on first Tuesdays a few x's a year for their sales. Additionally I save on Tax so it's worth the stop while I'm here getting cheaper Delaware gas as well. Worth the drive if you are within 10 miles I'd like to give it more stars but they never have enough people working. Currently it's 615 when everyone is off and there is 1 cashier up front. At the Pharmacy there is 1 pharmacist and 1 cashier. I am #11 in line to get a decongestant. Good 15 minute wait. Happens all the time here. But I saved 6% tax so I live with this. NOTE: You will drive by this place unless you set your GPS because all the neighboring homes foliage as well as Walgreens foliage outside totally hides the store. They seriously need some signage or landscape trimming.
