As with several other reviewers, we encountered rude and unhelpful staff at this location. We visited on January 15 at 11:00. I made an appointment here as I assumed that speaking to a Verizon rep in person would be more productive than navigating their customer service network by phone. We were greeted by an employee whose badge noted that he was the manager. I told him that I had an appointment, but he didn’t ask for my name and not ask us to sit down, he just wanted to know if we were there with phone or fios questions. He seemed impatient and like the last thing he wanted to do was understand what we needed, so we left. As we got in the car, we saw him out front smoking a cigarette. I guess we were keeping him from his smoke break.

Spoke with customer service, and someone else via chat option, was told that you can go to the verizon store and they will be able to print out the last bill since your account is no longer active you cant download it online, came all the way here and that guy said no that was the wrong info we cant do it, f u guys, never gonna buy anything from verizon in future.

Terrible service. Do not go to this Verizon shop. Verizon is still charging after leaving the service a month ago. I went there to check the details of my bill and literally no help or assistance was provided.

I never write reviews especially negative ones. Unless you are buying a phone they want nothing to do with you. Years ago they were helpful. I just went to get help getting my contacts from old phone to new. Years ago they did this for me. This time I was told to go to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They are rude and want you gone unless you are buying a 1000 dollar phone.

I went to purchase a new phone and the representatives were not only rude, but had me standing there (AT&T for example, sits you down at a desk and shares their screen with you), and didn’t offer to show me iPhone options, didn’t have ANY knowledge on comparing phones. My husband had to call out the iPhone 15 comes with a different type of charger. Not to mention, I wasn’t able to see or understand what I was purchasing. I had to also double check what GB I was purchasing because the person never asked me what option I wanted. It was shocking how bad the service and lack of knowledge was. Probably worth it to just buy the iPhone online and go to Apple.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! They have never been helpful in rectifying problems.They have no troubleshooting skills between any of them. They're dismissive and have chosen to be unhelpful instead of going above and beyond to rectify any type of problem I have presented them. They will chose to forgo a sale just to avoid a potential headache.This has been an ongoing problem for years so it is not a specific employee but the store has continuously been little to no help when it comes to managing our account. Go to literally any other location and the staff is much more attentive.Not the whole staff, but it's happened enough times that it must be the location. Almost ready to switch from Verizon from my interaction.
