“We just booked Bellevue Hall for 2025 and are so excited!! We spent a couple of months making this decision given the investment, and Veronica at JAM Catering was so accommodating. In addition to touring the location with her, she kept in touch with us via email and phone to walk us through any questions we had. We had a private tasting with Kwame which was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh and he was able to tell us where all of the ingredients were sourced. Can't wait for the planning process for our special day to begin! I know we'll be in great hands with JAM!”

“This past September my fiancé and I decided to finally head over to this cute quaint cafe around the corner from our new home. We hear the live music often, and see people having a great time and decided to give it a go for my 35th birthday. Food was great, band was playing decent music, it did not disappoint. The only issue was our server wasn’t as attentive as they could have been. Not sure if they thought we weren’t going to spend much or tip well or what. We would have stayed longer had the service been a little better. Overall nice atmosphere, seasonal fresh menu, live music. It was a nice birthday dinner. Only giving 4 stars as I felt we wouldn’t have had to flag down their not busy server for a drink or anything else we needed. This is also why we haven’t back as it made us feel very out of place. I hope to check out their current menu soon though and reporting back. I work in the service industry and not every day am I 100%. So I’ll give it another go. ?”

“A Delaware landmark with amazing history, beauty and charm. Great event venue and membership and its reciprocal advantages puts it a step above almost all local private clubs and membership costs are amazingly low.”

“Beautiful venue for a small wedding. We were there for a 65-75 person wedding and some of the guests were sat in a separate room for dining. It worked but not ideal. The grounds are also beautiful. It was a hot evening but cool inside.”

“Really enjoyed this place. This might just be my new break spot. The atmosphere was amazing even though it was a bit noisy but I enjoyed it very much reminded me of a NYC food hall definitely a great touch didn’t know this place existed out here glad I found it. I stopped by Al Chu sushi and let me tell you the sushi is bussin bussin had my favorite spicy crunchy tuna and it was on point. Probably best sushi in DELWARE there I said it! Can’t wait to try the other vendors!”

“Okay event space. Overall the space was clean and well maintained. Staff helping was terrific. I could hear ambient noise (music) coming from the other part of the building so that was distracting. Parking is decent but not 100% for space capacity.”

“The?Columbus center is a great place to have a beer with friends , and the food is also a pretty darn good. I enjoy the bar side best but have also eaten in the restaurant if you want a more upscale experience. Not the cheapest of options but you get what you pay for most of the time and this place is no exception.”

“My daughter had her Sweet 16 Birthday Party at The Catch @ Concord, it was the most amazing venue in the Tri State Area. I’m not from Delaware I found the venue on Google and I must say the venue and staff were beyond Amazing. The first impression is the most important when I reached out to schedule a tour one of the staff members was very kind and patient with me with the hundred questions I ask and was very flexible with me and scheduling a tour date. I must say that the website doesn’t give the justification of the venue it was exceptionally Beautiful,Clean,spacious,elegant .It was an honor to meet the owner of the venue along with some of the staff members. They listen carefully to the vision my daughter had for party. It was a one shop venue the owner and her team explained the contract with us and pricing , do’s and don’t’s of the venue . The amazing thing that really sold me beyond the beauty and again phenomenal staff, the owner shared one of her secrets that she decorates and have the props my daughter wanted for her party. That was truly a blessing. The staff keep in contact with me the payments were very flexible and the check ins I received from the staff to see if we wanted to change or add something to her vision were amazing. The day of my daughter party one of the staff members were there early to meet my caterers and allowed them to set up . The staff was very eager to assist with everything. My daughter was so amaze and excited to see her vision come to pass, she was so happy . The guest that arrived at the venue was posting and texting saying how beautiful it was and how kind the staff was to welcoming them and making sure everyone was okay. Not to mention that my daughter’s party was held after hours of the mall hours and I didn’t have security in my contact but the owner seen fit it was security on the premises . The decor and the full setting of the tables were beyond expectations and beautiful my daughter wanted so much and everything she asked for were obliged. Everybody had a wonderful time . I strongly recommend this venue too everyone I know even the ones I don’t you will not be disappointed you get more than you pay for and the staff and owner are phenomenal.”

“Ample space for a wedding. Ample parking for guests. Food was delicious and the wait staff are courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the space and location. If I were to get married I would have it at this place too.”

“I wanted something different and decided to try Tyler's Bar and grill because it was nearby. I've seen how busy they are before so I figured it would be worth trying. I am so glad that I did! The food was very very good. I ordered the BBQ fried chicken sandwich, it has pickled onions and blue cheese on it. The whole chicken fillet comes smothered in barbecue sauce and it's excellent. I didn't get to eat it until I got home and I live about 15 minutes away and then had to run in a store. So I ate it about 30 minutes after I bought it and it was still good. I can't wait to come and dine in and try it fresh out the kitchen! Great job guys..... Oh and they told me 20 minutes and it was ready in exactly 20 minutes. I am full and have no complaints lol”

“No complaints. Place is very much revamped for service as opposed to entertainment. I did have to inquire about if my beverages were supposed to be delivered to my table or not, 20 mins after I placed the order thru the app on my phone. But other than that I had a good time!”

“Great location, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was a little nervous when I saw this was the hotel my group was booking at, you can tell from the photos it is a little outdated. But in the end was a better stay than I had expected. First the bad. The room decor is bright and furniture is old. If you are uncomfortable with stains on furniture this might not be the place for you. I did have a small issue with the smell by the bathroom, and the wet floor that caused it, but I was only in for one night so it was easy to work around. A few of the lamp plugs did not work, a lot of them really, which caused me to think the blow dryer didn’t work. I called the front desk and replacement was brought up right away. I then realized it was just most of the outlets that were faulty. Now the good…. everything was very clean, the amenities that mattered were new, and every interaction I had with staff was friendly. We arrived late, but we’re greeted and checked in quickly. I had asked for a room with a balcony which was honored. I was happily surprised by how big my room was, and liked the setup better than most. The desk chair and desk were actually great for working in the morning. The mattress was comfortable, which is important to me. I like a medium/softer bed for reference. There was nice new patio furniture on the large balcony. I like that they still have some rooms with balconies, I like fresh air and access to a functional door or window which is rare at hotels anymore. The top item that impressed the heck out of me though, was Donna at the front desk. She went above and beyond twice for me in my very short stay. I need coffee in the morning. Usually at hotels if I wake too early and the restaurant isn’t open I will grab a cold Starbucks can from the market, but it’s not the same. I went down at 5:30 and the restaurant had not opened yet. I started to walk towards the market, and confirmed with Donna that they opened at 6. She asked me what I needed and I told her. She asked what size and if I needed anything else, and ran back to the kitchen. She could have easily said “yup, they open at 6 see you then” but instead she went ahead and helped me out. The coffee was great! It really made a difference in my day. I truly appreciated that kindness. Also when my blow dryer did it work as mentioned above it was Donna that brought one up, and was friendly the whole time. Thank you Donna! Overall the hotel itself is nice, but rooms could use some updating. You can tell they have replaced some of the things that matter most, like the desk chairs and mattresses. I was impressed by the service, and friendly atmosphere.”

“Easy location to get to, great for avoiding the mall crowd, great theater to watch older movies during fanthom events, and the best staff around. I cannot state that last part enough, they really are the best. If I'm stepping out during a film for something to drink or eat they are already asking what they can get me as I'm walking up to save time and get me back in. They always seem to be trying their best to knock out lines and get people moving.The seats are from 10+ years ago and it feels it sometimes, but that's to be expected at an old venue. Usually I only get a little restless during long movies.If you want recliner seats and want to pay 50%+ higher ticket prices, higher concession prices, deal with the mall crowd constantly talking during the movies, and people constantly trying to take your assigned seat while not paying for tickets - the mall is 8 minutes away and peoples plaza is 20 minutes.”

“Enjoyed attending a Wedding Vow Renewal for my Cousin October 2023.Noteworthy details: Room was clean. Parking was very tight possibly made for small micro-cars. We were in a Nissan Sentra & there wasn't much extra space.”
