Disgusting attitude and inconsiderable….. they could’ve just tell me that they cannot help me, but no… they make me wait for half an hour and then they told me that they don’t have what I need. That is just not nice.

Went to the post office today for my manager to mail checks that needed to go out certificate of mailing. I got there at 11:30AM, then by 11:45AM I was up to the front of the line, the woman saw me and proceeded to go in the back, I assumed she would be back, 15 minutes later, still no show. At this point there is 15 people behind me waiting. Another customer rang the bell and Bob who was in the back answered. He had no idea she left. She just left with an entire line of customers and said nothing. Not that her shift at ended, nothing. Thankfully Bob helped me. I was there over an hour. To just leave your station with a line full of people and say nothing is one of the rudest experiences I have ever had. This woman was incredibly rude and inconsiderate to the customers and especially her coworker Bob.Unbelievable.

they can’t give you a free piece of tape but there’s no tape to purchase in the store

Great staff and location for dropping off packages for online sales. I go 5 times a week and it’s a very busy spot! If your packages are labeled correctly you are in and out right away, otherwise you may have a long wait!

My fiancé and I scheduled a passport appointment about a week or two ago and when we showed up for the scheduled appointment they told us they couldn’t do them. The woman behind the counters reasoning was “I don’t know where the woman who does them went. I don’t know if she’s here or if she left.” The woman behind the counter could have definitely helped us but refused. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that we wouldn’t be able to have our SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT so that we didn’t have to take off from work to do this. Wasted our time.

The folks here are nice, polite and very helpful. Even to the point of running my phone out to my car when I left it on the counter. I always know that I will get exceptional service here every time.

Decided to close down at 2pm when they arent supposed to close till 6:30pm. Had a bunch of people in line who had been waiting. Lady behind counter refused to talk to us. Self service kiosk is broken too.

I’ve dropped two packages off in the last few weeks , both with tracking numbers. No one scans them. My packages are online orders I’m filling. I’ve had both customers ask for a refund due to it not showing up on the tracking as having actually been shipped. One $200 order has been in limbo for over two weeks. The second order was dropped off 4 days ago and still not tracking. I’m beyond upset right now.
