I would give this post office 0 starts if I could. I was made to feel stupid and unheard with no effort to fix a problem why we weren't receiving mail at our address for the last few weeks. I like to give benefit of the doubt, but there's a reason this location has poor ratings.

Every time I have to come in here to and it has to do with a package there is a problem. They move slow, they have an attitude, or they just disappear and someone else all together has to come help me. Today I went to pick up a package that the post man was supposed to deliver on the 5th but was unable to deliver. I put in a request for redelivery with customer pickup which means I wanted the package to stay there so I could come get it. I go to pick it up and the lady tells me it was put back on the truck to be delivered. I gave her my confirmation number and sure enough it said redelivery option was customer pickup. She couldn’t give me any explanation as to why the package wasn’t delivered the first time nor as to why my package was put back on the truck other than that she just got back from vacation and wasn’t sure what the issue was. As if that was what I needed to get my package!!! I asked her if there needed to be a signature this time since it wasn’t able to be delivered the first time and she said it doesn’t look like it. These employees have no idea what they are doing and just give lazy responses with no accountability for messing stuff up!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. They can manage stamps and the purchase of packing materials and that’s about it. Terrible.

If i could give less than one star they would get zero. I was tracking a package that they claimed was delivered. It wasn't. I had to reorder the item and the item was delivered two weeks later along with the package they claimed was delivered two weeks prior. I had another order (that was sent via UPS and then delivered to USPS) they claimed was delivered. I was tracking the package. When I tracked it it said it was delivered within 10 minutes of me tracking it. During that time my daughter returned home and didn't see a package. My mom came in an hour later no package. Went to the post office they took my information and said someone would call me...no call. I truly believe they didn't deliver it and they stole my package. It was a mother's day gift.

11am on Monday and only one person working the register with at least 5 people in line. Each person takes about 5 minutes. Seems rather inefficient.

Stop opening my mail! Everytime I get mail from the bank it’s opened like why do yall keep opening my mail!? My neighbor said the same thing!

Hours posted indicate the PO is open until 2pm. Doors were locked at 1:20 pm. Disappointing and too late for me to make it to another location.

Post ofc worker rude. Leaving other people's mail in your box not just 1 several. Including Ads 3 & 4 in your box. The other day all the ads on top of box soak & wet in a rubber band. I save been trying to receive a package for 4 days. Keep going back no access to the address. Mailbox everything else goes in there. Or Union St. Side on the Porch. I have been here 6 yrs.This is the worst the postal service I have ever seen. Now saying it's at the warehouse fill out redelivery form with a $.30 charge for what?

Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting and disrespectful office!! They had this new kid delivering people mail at my complex without proper training and he delivered my stuff somewhere else and the supervisor Sheree or whatever her name is very nonchalant about my missing items and then my original mail carrier also said if she has time she’ll check the boxes and see if it’s still in the wrong box it was put in nobody answers the phone there that’s also what Sheree stated that they don’t answer phones over there I have to put in a complaint online to actually get a call from someone almost everyone at this location should be fired ! No one showed an ounce of empathy about the mistake that their employee made nor did Terrance another supervisor who initially said that the kid scanned my package at 37 C instead of my place I just want that entire office to have that energy in my face when I come there.

I’m giving this office 2 stars because one woman there is good! My held package was almost sent back because woman at desk wouldn’t look for it- kept saying carrier had it! (Not true!) Finally package was found under someone’s desk!!

This place needs to get shut down!!!That lady is always on her phone and when ive asked her for some tape she stated that she didn’t have any but when i was presented with a different employee he gave me some tape to tape up my package she is very rude and won’t get nowhere in life with a attitude like hers!!! If your so mad your working at a LOCAL post office then don’t work there!!!! she’s an african american lady with braided hair BEWARE
