Honestly, no major complaints. This is your normal neighborhood post office. It was a bit difficult to find in the shopping center it was located in as there were no visible markers or signs to direct you and google maps had a hard time finding it as well. Inside: small. Minimal wait. Staff was efficient. I rarely need the post office but I wouldn't mind coming back here for drop off returns.

Horrible workers! The passport clerk had the nerve to be a personal phone while "helping" us out. I've been waiting sometime to get a passport for my daughter and myself. The clerk had absolutely no respect. She tried to rush us the whole 3 minutes we were in there. When asked to be helped by another person, she basically told us to kick rocks and go somewhere else because she was the only passport clerk available! All whole still being on the phone! She needs another job where she doesn't interact with people. Very rude, I'm angry at the fact I didn't get her name. She does not deserve to work there.

Their air conditioning has been broken for weeks and weeks, so they close in the early afternoon. This creates a huge problem for everyone in the area. They don't have a phone number you can call to even ask if the air conditioning is repaired yet. It is outrageous that I can't even call and ask a simple question to find out if they are going to be resuming their normal hours. When I call the number, it does not even ring. They've somehow disabled it so no one can call them. The people who work there are unfriendly, and they don't enforce the use of masks inside. It's definitely one of the worst locations I've ever used.

I am still shaking from going to this P.O.this morning to send my taxes. The woman at the desk yelled at me and called me a spoiled brat because I had trouble applying the adhesive to the envelope. I started crying from what I felt was verbal abuse. I am a 70 year old woman....have never been told I am spoiled.

The people that work at this location are absolutely HORRIBLE. They are unprofessional, rude, lazy, and just downright do not care about their customers or their jobs. I do everything in my power to avoid this location, such a shame. If I could give 0 stars I would because that's what they deserve.

Horrible post office. Employees are rude and take forever. Had to spend 20 minutes waiting in line while listening to them chit chat over nonsense. Never go here, I ship nearly 100 packages a week for business, and this is by far THE WORST post office I've ever been to. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
