“They normally specialize in Honda repairs. But I ran into a situation with my Dodge overheating and didn’t know where else to take my vehicle. A friend referred me here who works there and kept me informed every step of the way. Had an engine replaced and came with a warranty. Any time the vehicle needs serviced they fit me in. They provide excellent customer service. Everything is explained. No gimmicks. No over charging. Honest. They’re fair and reasonable. They also take their time making sure everything is right.”
“In response to Sharon, I am very sorry you are unhappy at this time but you purchased your vehicle back in November 2019 and you had a concern of a check engine light on. You brought the vehicle in the next week we fixed the problem at no cost to you. You needed the vehicle and asked you to take your vehicle thru inspection at your earliest convenience. 6 months has gone by and you moved to Maryland. We took the vehicle thru inspection as promised. There are wear and tear issues that need to be addressed and you refuse to pay for the issues. We have done exactly as promised!”

“I don't know what some people are talking about. I brought my 1st car in DE in 2011. It was a 2000 Ford Focus Wagon. It had minor problems but we agreed as long as we made our payments on time, he would fix the issue, no charge, just pay for the part. The car cost 4500. we kept it for 3 years and sold it for 2000 and it was still in good condition.We drove the car from DE to Charlotte,NC and back several times and it never gave us any issues. We probably only invested 600 in repairs over 3 years.They are good people and they try their best to get you the car you want. but it is best to get the car you NEED! We let them pick the car for us instead going in there wanting an 2013 escalade cuz when u do that, they give you the only one they got which might not be in good shape. Its just that you wanted it and you were willing to pay for it so they gave it to you. Shop around the lot. just don't settle for something thats pretty. Take a mechanic with you next time.”
