I took my Jaguar to this location ..They told me it will cost 5,500to fix it after they look at it for like 2 hours .But that wasn't the issue. Everything they told that was wrong with the car wasn't the problem at all. I called a tow truck to come
and take it to this shop in Philly I found .So the car wouldn't start all . So the tow truck man shows up and get my car to start right up ..This Jaguar company is BAD MONEY DON'T TRUST THEM . This place they lied to me and basically try to rob me by saying the issues I had with the car wasn't the issue at all ..I went from paying 5,500 to,
2,500 to the place I found in Philly because the same issues i thought i had from what they told me . To now paying 480$ to get it done . I bought the part myself on-line ,200$for them to install it.. .DO NOT TRUST
THIS JAGUAR DEALERSHIP AT ALL .And on top of that they charge 175$ an hour to so call fix the car .They are ????? .If I could give them less then one star I would .

I recently took my Jaguar to fix an electrical problem that happens all the time. They said it never happened when they did diagnosis. It happened again as soon as I left service. Then their employees stole Jaguar parts ($1k) out of my rear seat. They also opened other packages and left on seat opened. When I contacted service manager they refused to accept responsibility. Currently filing police report and claim in court. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had.

I GAVE A 1 STAR... DUE TO THE INTERACTION WITH AN EMPLOYEE AT UPJ ON 9/21/2023. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSION ON A SERIOUS LEVEL. I SAY THAT BECAUSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME TO ME AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS TALKING ABOUT MY SON. I BELIEVE YOU TREAT EVERYONE EQUALLY NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION IS AND ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS LEAVE HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE.. YOU GIVE RESPECT AND YOU GET RESPECT. I'M VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER.. I WOULD LIKE FOR THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME PERSONALLY PLEASE.

I just had the very best experience with Joe and the team at Union Park Jaguar. I was college touring the DC area from Boston when my F-Pace broke down in Wilmington. It was over the weekend so I had my car towed to Union Park Jaguar and went back home to Boston. Joe made me feel so at ease, was professional with amazing communication every step of the way even coordinating getting my car back to me fixed and tuned up to date. I’m so grateful and pleased with how this very stressful situation turned out. Thank you Joe and thank you Union Park Jaguar. You truly went above and beyond!
