I would never ever go to this place ever again and wouldnt recommend anybody going here. First when i walked in nobody greeted or asked me if i wanted a vehicle or anything. Its like you are invisible. Then when you attempt to ask for help you get smart remarks and reactions as if nobody wants to be bothered. From the management team to the regular employees the morale here is so poor and low that i dont even know how they are still employed and in operation. Nasty attitudes by everyone and i would never come here ever again.

I DEEPLY REGRET BUYING A VEHICLE THROUGH THIS DEALERSHIP. I bought a brand new 2024 Honda HR-V and expected the quality of the vehicle to be superb. There are engine lights coming on and off constantly. The seats/cushions of my vehicle are falling apart and the heating system no longer works in the seats. They refuse replace my seats on my BRAND NEW vehicle, which would fix one of the issues. I spoke to the general manager and he ensured I would get everything repaired. I brought my vehicle in for a second time to get the vehicle repaired. When I went to pick up the vehicle they claimed to have fixed everything, and that was not the case. I had to get two managers to see that the issues were not fixed! THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD TRY TO FIX IT AGAIN AND I COULD BRING THE VEHICLE IN. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THIS DEALERSHIP FOR TWO MONTHS. I have tried calling the service desk but they are always busy. The staff has been very nonchalant to my issues. I will now have to inform corporate Honda on the issues and the treatment of this dealership. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. ONCE YOU BUY YOUR VEHICLE FROM THEM, THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FURTHER CAR ISSUES. I WILL NOW NEED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION TO GET MY CAR FIXED.

Being associated with Collision Center where bad customer service, and confusing communication is acceptable is unacceptable.

my car was in an accident on December 11h 2022 and I brought to union st collision Center the next day and staff was very friendly even though my truck has been sitting in their lot for 1 month because one of the parts was on back order and never got a call from them stating that it was on back order and it was going to be delayed so to me that's very unprofessional they should at least have the courtesy to call me and let me know that they're waiting for the part to come in. so after a month of waiting for my truck to get done it's finally going to be ready tomorrow January 10th. if they had done better I would give them four stars but because they do not notify me of the delay I can only give them three stars.

these are my people. I think of them as fam. three times I went in for service and they sent me away for free. small stuff but still... free? heck yeah, I am a lifetime Union Honda customer.

Furious. No ownership of services. Still waiting for my BMW.. 30 day’s later. Another delay - no surprise. So disappointed, I can’t even post as I prefer to process and be fair then react! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
