I had a bad experience with the senior service advisor and the service supervisor a few weeks ago about my check engine light. The service advisor informed me that the diagnostic was the air flow sensor which was $1300 plus the diagnostic charge of $320 . After failing my state inspection after spending all my money they lied to me. After I took it to another place and they found that it was only the 02 sensor. This must be share and I hope they get terminated for stealing and not being honest. Delaware Union BMW is the worst ever!

We had an excellent experience at Union Park BMW. Bruna, Ben, Carlos, and Emma helped us every step of the way. From the time we made a reservation in February to the week after we picked up the vehicle in June, everyone was amazing. Very responsive to text messages and questions - sometimes after hours. Carlos knows his stuff. Emma gets answers FAST. Ben walked us through every menu item during a delayed, rainy pick-up. Bruna was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. She is super knowledgeable about the brand, the products, even iDrive8. We always felt like we were part of a relational purchase, not a transaction. These are not your traditional sales people - they are passionate people who are committed to making sure that prospective buyers have the information they need to make an informed decision.

I didn’t have a good experience at the BMW service center. I met with Shaun Bradford, he made me feel very unwelcome and was very impatient with the questions that I had about my car. When I inquired further about the service that was done to my car and asked him if you could please walk me through what was checked and repaired he just pointed at the bill and said ‘it’s all in there’ in a disrespectful manner. When I asked again, he got irritated and said the same thing to me again about all the information being in the bill. I felt that he just wanted me to finish the payment without me understanding the service that was done to my car. I was given unclear information about the service needed and felt like I was taken for advantage due to my lack of knowledge about what was and was not needed. I really expected a better level of service from BMW but that is not what I received. At least a little empathy and kindness towards the customer would have been nice.Another issue I faced is that my BMW still says service overdue a month after the service was completely done. I have to call them back and figure out why the service date was not reset.

I had a great experience at Union Park BMW, everyone was so incredibly helpful, friendly, and worked to make the process painless. Specifically, Mark was a pleasure to work with and he made my first car buying experience very enjoyable!

The entire staff was kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Truly the best I’ve experienced getting into a new car. Highly recommended and well worth the trip even if you’re out of state - I came down from Jersey and I’m so glad I did. Thank you!

The team at Union Park BMW are the best. I have had three vehicles serviced here; two 5 series and a 7 series. Each time was a great experience. Easy scheduling, attention to detail, prompt call back. On this particular visit Shaun Bradford very helpful. I came in for an air conditioner check. I mentioned that I was preparing for a long road trip. Shaun informed the team. During the check they found some safety issues. Shaun informed me right away. He gave me the complete breakdown mechanically and financially. Shaun explained all the options which made it easier to make the decision. Thank you Shaun and the entire BMW service team. As the Terminator said; “I’ll be back”.

The Sales Manager Dave is leading the Dealership with 100% customer satisfaction. I have purchased several cars from this dealership over the years and have two new ones ordered. He is extremely honest and will never try to low ball you especially on Trade-ins. Highly recommend him.The Service department needs to have better management. I would like to warn people not to deal with the service advisor named Ron. He is extremely rude and argumentative. If it wasn't for the Sales Team I would not be doing business with them.

My X5 broke down on I95 near Wilmington DE, a bit scary. Apparently the water pump failed. BMW called me right away and got me a tow. Brought to this dealer. My service advisor Kathleen Dyer was a life savior. Got my car fixed quickly. She also recommended Enterprise to get me a car to continue on my trip. This was 5 Star service during a stressful time.

Union Park was great, it being charged almost $1,000 for a battery for the emergency call system that’s “NOT” covered under warranty is ridiculous. Plus, now I have to pay annually for the app to track the car??? When my Chevy and other cars are free. Absolutely crazy. I will say the people and service is great, but BMW has gone the wrong path.

I decided to trade my car in for a BMW and was paired up with Armando for my sale. He was very personable and answered all of my questions about the vehicles I was looking at and helped me decide on my new BMW. I took delivery of my vehicle the next day and he was incredibly helpful and efficient along with Anthony the finance manager. I truly appreciate their help in my search for my first BMW. If you’re looking for a new or used BMW, Armando is your guy! He really knows his stuff and is very customer oriented. I had a wonderful experience with Union Park BMW and will be side to refer my friends here for their automotive needs.

Mine is a 2015 BMW X1.The windshield washer failed. There was no pump sound when a pressed on the activating lever; although, the rear washer worked fine. I checked on YouTube and watched a video where a problem like mine was diagnosed. I checked the fuse and determined that my did not have a fuse in slot 48 as indicated on the layout diagram. I knew that dismantling the panels in the wheel well and replacing the pump were beyond my skill level, so I scheduled a service appointment with Union Park.As usual, everyone was very polite. In sort order the problem was diagnosed and I received a quotation for the needed repairs. I executed the quotation and waited for the vehicle to be repaired the following day. I received a call, walked to the repair shop, paid the bill, and retrieved my vehicle.While I am quite pleased with the service Union Park Provided, I am astonished and disappointed that the resolution of a relatively simple problem cost nearly $700 to repair. I can buy a replacement pump for about $10 on Amazon. It wouldn't be a BMW factory replacement part, but even if the factory part cost 10X what Amazon would charge, that still leaves almost $600 in labor charges.If I had thought that simple replacements would be so outrageously expensive, I wouldn't have bought the car. Rest assured that such costs will be a critical decision factor when I next am in the market for a car!

Went for a test drive and ended up buying a beautiful car, as well as trading in my old one. Jason was very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable! Customer service was great throughout the office. Our experience at Union Park BMW was excellent! The entire team including Sales, Finance, Detailing etc. was exceptional! My test drive was tailored to emphasizing the latest safety features which was our top concern. Our salesperson, Armando C. was so engaged and excited about the car that it added to the overall enjoyment of the drive. Financing through Rob Z. was a good price negotiation and the paperwork process was the most efficient we have ever encountered. The Dealership manager, Jim W. was honest and genuine - it was refreshing! We have purchased numerous cars over the years but this was our best experience! Thank YOU Union Park BMW!!!
