Want to take a minute to reflect on two leases we have taken @ Union Park BMW (2025 X5 & 2025 iX xDrive50) in the last three (3) months. Initially, I had some reservations about the dealership, but went in and met with Ben Silverstein in the Sales Department to talk about hybrids, EV's etc. We found Ben to be focused, knowledgeable and experienced. We ended up taking a 2025 X5 (MHEV) off the lot. After three issue free months with the X5 we went back to Union Square and met with Ben again. We were comfortable with the xDrive technology and decided after walking the lot and test driving the iX to sign a lease on the iX xDrive50. Ben was professional throughout and in the process also met David Gruber the new GM. We haven't had any service department experience to date, but our hope is that the professionalism shown by Ben and management savvy of David will prove to be a constant throughout the lease period with Union Square. Specific to the car models, after two plus decades of Range Rovers, to date, both BMW's have exceeded our expectations!

This place has absolute horrible BMW service. On top of their inability to competenly perform an alignment on a BMW, they are rude, mock you, and laugh when you suggest you should get your money back. Furthermore, they will talk over you and insinuate that you or a prior BMW specialized service center (who actually is highly rated) performed repairs incorrectly, as if only a dealership can properly perform repairs. Their level of incompetence and rudeness was so abhorrent that it makes me neevr want to purchase another BMW, and certainly not from their horribly run service center. I will be contacting BMW USA, my credit card company, and the dealership owners.
I looked it up. Shaun Bradford was the service advisor. He treated me like I was an inexperienced child with no knowledge of automobiles. Well I’m certainly not a child and I’m a senior engineer with plenty of experience repairing cars. Take your attitude and condescension elsewhere.
Edit: I see that Union Park replied. If they were truly sorry about their service, then they could have contacted me. Instead they just replied with some hollow response.
Be better. Treat your customers with respect. Train your employees not be appreciative of customers instead of scoffing at them when they are unhappy with service. This is on management for not promoting the proper workplace culture, that is, unless management is simply worried about making the most money for themselves.

Alright now BMW I’m very pleased on how yall took care of me getting me back on the road my sales guy Mark Moser did the damn thing he is awesome . Love him to death. I will be back. Thanks again guys for making this a smooth easy process.

This place and the unprofessional staff there is horrible. I had a wheel balance, 4 wheel alignment and my suspension checked, “supposedly”…. To make a long story short, after they did my wheel alignment, balance the new rim and checked my suspension, the outer walls of my front tires are wearing bald and my car kicks to the left and/or right when driving over bumps. When bringing my car back like asked, @9am, by 4:45pm my car had still not been attended to so I was told to bring my car back @7am Monday morning. I take off from work, again, drive my car there and was told that they were not taking any cars due to a system outage. Yet, the one staff member closest to the door tended to and accepted other customers keys, asked them to have a seat and entered their information into his computer. I am of color. This morning I received a call from a lead worker, who, spoke to me as if he was confused. He asked me the mileage on my car, then, told me he’d give me a call right back. Hours past. By a little after 3pm I called him. He told me that they would revisit the alignment, but, if the alignment isn’t right, that I would have to foot the bill? I will NEVER bring my car there again. And I advise you NOT to take your car there. Especially, if you are of color. The man at the first desk, closet to the door, has something to prove, and WILL treat you indifferently if you are of color.

We took our BMW for an oil change and cabin filter replacement Tuesday (6/11). The car was finished and we picked it up the same day. During the ride home, we noticed smoking coming from the hood of the car. Once we were home we opened the hood to find the coolant cap was not placed and was sitting to the side of it, cracked. The underside of the hood of the car was dented as well. Coolant had leaked all over and low coolant notification was on the screen. We contacted the service manager and took the car back the next day. We dropped the car off and explained the incident. We told him that we needed the car back by Friday (6/14) as we were taking it on a road trip. We were contacted Friday morning that the car was done. We advised the service manager that we would not be able to pick the car up during open hours and to leave the car out front so we could pick it up using main key set. We advised of the time constraint, he acknowledged the request and said he would do that. Later on that night, we went to pick the car up and it was locked in the lot, and we were unable to get it out. The next morning, we went to pick it up, and the window was left down, and it had rained that night. After having the vehicle for 5 days for a simple service, with damage done to vehicle, and time constraint not respected, we will not be returning for future services.
