My first time here. The customer service was friendly. HOWEVER, they did a bad job on the car wash. The back bumper looked as if it was not touched. The windows were streaky. And they did not vacuum under the seats. But my tires were shiny.Services: Car waxing

I wanted to leave a quick review for these guys , first of the manager Rob who set up my appointment was excellent and view helpful to schedule me in for a hand wash and wax for my new car , I dropped the car off and he called me letting me know it was ready and they did an AMAZING job , you have earned a life time customer I will be bringing both my cars here going forward.MohamedServices: Car waxing

So I previously used Union Park Auto Spa for one of my other vehicles a few years back and they did an outstanding job! I was definitely going to be a returning customer. I returned with my BMW only this time to be very unsatisfied. I just feel for the money spent, I should've been definitely satisfied. I feel like they did a rush job. Although they were able to lighten up a spot on the driver's side floor, I found loose debris that they must've forgotten to vacuum up, they didn't vacuum out the trunk area at all and also forgot to clean the mats. They did offer to spay them down real quick but, I suggested I leave them so they can clean them properly. Upon returning they were lying down in the waiting area and didn't look like they did much but spay them with water. I'd taken them home and had to reclean them myself. I also had to try to recondition my leather and the rubber trim around the doors inside still appeared to have lint of some sort. I just know it came off when I reclean that. I feel like I shouldn't have to go behind and reclean anything. After all, that's why I payed to have it detailed. I hope moving forward they get back to completing the job in a more detailed way. As I stated, I was very impressed with my first detail with them a few years back.

Detailing of my 2 door hard-top convertible (not a whole lot of car) was standard, just OK. Outward appearances, everything was clean and shiny. When I dropped the car off; the one thing that I specifically asked manager, Rob, to take care of was the soot on the chrome exhaust pipes. I was inconvenienced with returning for that to be done. He said that he forgot to write it down. Also, the inside edges of wheel wells left my fingers black with road dirt. I expected better for the $215 price tag. I'll give them another chance... But two missteps is my limit.

I positively recommend the car spa. They do an excellent job, even with dog hair. Best ever, you won't be disappointed.
