My only kid free time got pedicure ran into ulta for press ons took me a while to choose. Security came over to bother me but couldn’t answer my question. No actual customer service to help me until check out. Which at that point I am no longer buying what I wanted to ask about.

I found about their Salon by chance. I quickly made an appointment. It was a wonderful experience. My stylist Shanee was absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I learned some techniques from Shanee that are game changing. I wear my hair natural but I needed help with defining my curls she helped me with that. I definitely recommend Ultra Salon.

I recently visited Ulta to purchase some beauty products, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the cashiers. One of them named Rocio. From the moment I approached the checkout counter, she seemed disinterested and dismissive. When I went over to tell my friend about my experience the cashier that was helping her began to roll her eyes and gave the cold shoulder too.Not only did they barely acknowledge my presence, but they also proceeded to speak to me in a condescending tone when I asked a question about a product. Their lack of professionalism was evident, and it made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.Customer service is a crucial aspect of any retail experience, and the cashier at Ulta failed miserably in this regard. Their rude demeanor left a lasting negative impression, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope that Ulta takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy in the future.

Went for a signature hair cut and have gone there before for a trim. I went to get mine cut today and everything up until the cut was good. When the girl cut my hair I said that I have curly hair and that it shrinks up. I don't like short hair. So she cut one side to the length that I asked but I don't know what happened when she started to cut the back and the left side, as she never asked if the length was okay. She had then cut my hair on my left side to shoulder length, which was about 9 inches chopped off of what i came in as. I had explained that I wanted 2 to 3 inches.I have never cried after a hair cut but having so much hair chopped off when I only wanted 2-3 inches is incredibly traumatic. Yes I know hair will grow back but to lose that much hair at once when you aren't mentally prepared is what makes people go else where. My hair is now like Lord Farquaard meets Harry Styles when he had long hair. Horrible.

I went in this past weekend to find foundation and concealer. I'm 38 and have never used them before. An employee, named Salma (if I remembercorrectly), helped me find products in my budget, for my age and skin type, and helped match the color to my skin. She explained the process and the best way to apply. Extremely helpful!

I went to get my curly hair trimmed. I even got talked into the “curly cut” because curly hair should be cut a little differently to enhance the curls and reduce frizz. I said I just wanted a trim to get the ends cleaned up. The whole time I was never asked if the amount that was being cut off was okay with me. I couldn’t see how much she was taking off. I ended up with probably close to 6in cut off and no layers. Think Lord Farquad.

So RUDE and discriminating, I walk in I get stared at do not even get a welcome. Caucasian lady walks behind me 3 seconds later. They make eye contact with her and right away WELCOME with confetti and everything as if it were her birthday. As I’m ready to check out, no one acknowledged me instead she decided to help the Caucasian lady with something and walked right passed me did not even say someone will be right with you NOTHING. 2 minutes go by I’m finally visible on earth again, to an employee Angy she was ok not very happy. Do not come here if you want good energy because they have none! This is why I online shop. Even then they’re ruining ULTA’s reputation.

I went in june for a tone , BEFORE the stylist even touched my hair i told her if she couldn’t do it or if my hair wouldn’t be able to handle it i’d much rather her not touch it . she reassured me multiple times this was her favorite thing to do and she would be able to do it . she bleached my hair , kept it on for an hour , & as she was washing it out my hair was completely falling out , everybody said it wasn’t a lot and it was normal . she couldn’t even brush or blow dry my hair .. i later found out she JUST got out of school and was still training .. never was i informed of that or i would’ve walked out before we even started . it was right before my prom and i was devastated as my hair was at the top of my butt before and now was above my shoulders. i didn’t realize how bad it was until i got home , i paid full price plus a $50tip. i later called and explained my situation and they said there was nothing they could do . never will i come back here or trust anybody to touch my hair . now we are in october and my hair is still breaking , still fragile , still insecure about it and ulta won’t do anything about it . very disappointing.
