I love the salon here! Keda, the expert stylist here, is amazing! She talks to me about my hair, what it needs, when it needs it, always positive, professional, and just a good person. I will come here for Keda to do my treatments, trim my ends, and color. The store it's self is always clean and the staff is always smiling and inviting. đ„°

i came in looking for a red lip but had no idea where to start, chantel helped me out along with another employee with red locs (iâm sorry i canât remember her name). they were both so friendly and helpful and i will definitely be back! :)

I have been a LONG TIME customer at this specific Ulta (Diamond Member). I used to brag at other Ulta Stores about âmyâ Ulta store and how amazing it was⊠not anymore. Last week, after weeks of emergencies and issues, I was finally able to go get my eyebrows done at Ulta. I had to change my appt that day to an hour later and was so excited. 10 minutes later, I received a call from the tech and was told that because Iâve cancelled multiple appts the past few weeks and changed my appt that day, maybe I should just be a âwalk-inâ. I was so hurt and all feelings of excitement left me. This happened Sunday and now itâs Wednesday Night and I am STILL waiting for a call back from the Appt manager that was supposed to call me back in 30 minutesâŠ. This Ulta Store and Ulta Corporate needs to do better!

Had completely lost my makeup bag and wasn't ready to replace everything. I scheduled an appointment with an associate who did not show up, but fortunately Cesar was available and did a phenomenal job. He understood my complexation and he gave me the exact style I asked for. I felt comfortable during the appointment and he was very knowledgeable about the products he used. I did pay $50 in mac products for the service which was perfectly fine considering Cesar spent an hour on my makeup. I absolutely would recommend booking with Cesar in the MAC department.

Meg was so nice and understanding and very helpful and Darnay was the most helpful she was just there for Clinique but she went out of her way and helped me find the right makeup spend atleast a half hour since I have very sensitive skin I definitely will be returning because they were so helpful and nice and got me to buy the right make up and foundation to help w my dermatitis thank you guys so much I hope you guys get raises because no wear I go no one was as close was as helpful as they were and and this other woman was a great experience!!!

Had lashes put on for a next day event, one was giving me issues right away, few hours later before bed it was hanging off, I had no choice but to pull it off. Took off the other one. What a waste of money I even gave the girl a $10 tip, I will never go to that location again, Concord Mall,

I had an appointment for an all over dye with Katie B. There was nobody at check in when I got there, and multiple store associates would walk by seeing I was there. No big deal, I can wait a few minutes. Then a line started to form. The woman behind me ended up flagging down an associate who said only one person was working in the salon right now, but she would get them.
Turns out that one person was not Katie. In fact, she confirmed Katie was not there. She even went as far as to say she would call her BUT her phone number isn't valid so they can't get a hold of her (red flag- obviously this means this has happened before in some extent if they know they can't call her). The receptionist stated she is usually punctual though and said I could sit and wait.
I went and sat until the start time of my appointment.
Once my appointment time hit, I went and waited at the desk for her to finish with the next person in line. When I was able to speak with her again, I asked if Katie was there. She said no, but she could see if a store manager maybe has a better number to reach her at. I smiled, said I couldn't wait (I truly did not have much excess time between appointments), and said I would just grab some box dye.
The bright side is I'm only paying a tenth of the price for the same result. The downside? The wasted gas and time, I guess.

I read about the salon services and although Iâve never been to a salon, i wanted to treat myself to a curl defining style($45) thatâs supposed to of course define my curls. Is was very easy to navigate online to reserve my appointment and I was very excited as it was my birthday to treat myself. I arrived, and my stylist Shanee was friendly, gentle, and did a great job making sure I was comfortable. Shampooing was great, but I had a slight issue with the conditioner not being worked through my hair to detangle before rinsing out. The isssue became evident when my hair was being worked through to do the process of brush through to create curls. Although that was a slight issue for me, it wasnât too big of a deal bc the stylist was very nice. I felt is was cute in the salon, but when I got to the car, it just didnât work for me. My curls werenât visibly defined as I wouldâve hoped but overall it was ok. However, the products used dried my hair out significantly, making it hard to the touch and very dry feeling. Not soft or moisturizing, like I wouldâve hoped. I ended up shampooing & conditioning my hair a few hours later due to the products. I gave 3 stars for the stylist, and gave a tip to show my appreciation for her time and effort, but after reconsidering, I more than likely wonât return. My results are below

My only kid free time got pedicure ran into ulta for press ons took me a while to choose. Security came over to bother me but couldnât answer my question. No actual customer service to help me until check out. Which at that point I am no longer buying what I wanted to ask about.
