I gave a 4 star due to tuition. For an establishment that cost $374/weekly full time 3.5/4year old, I'd expect rates to be listed in the packet. However tuition was presented to me on a sticky note like a deal on a movie at the end of the tour and there was no list or documentation of rates. I've sent my children to private institutions in the past and they all have tuition rates listed online. If rates are not presented online they are in their welcome packet. That may be okay for some parents. Now if a parent recieves Childcare assistance the child could attend paying as low as $100 weekly from what I was told. I get it, it's business you have to be exclusive with rates while being inclusive and able to compensate the staff. If you're okay with that rate and the presentation of tuition, I'd recommend. I felt it would be a good fit for my daughter. My daughter and I toured the school and the tour went well. I can't remember the woman's name she was not the director. She was very welcoming, down to earth, knowledgeable with all questions and concerns. All of the staff/ teachers that we encountered were engaged with the children and lunch smelled good that day. They have a nice playground area for the children, the curriculum pressented seemed to meet my expectations. The classrooms were very bright, they are very tech saavy which is nice.

My son has been here since he was a baby . Now that he a bit older he loves putting on his backpack and going to school. The teachers and staff are incredibly towards him and he absolutely loves his “Twos” teachers …. Especially when that all I hear when we are home ?

PARENTS BEWARE!My child attended for three weeks before I pulled him out. We chose this school based on the good reviews but I see those were from over 6 months ago. Maybe they were burnt out by the time my child attended and that's why we got lacking child care?I wish I could say my child and my family had a good experience here but unfortunately it was a nightmare. The director seems to only be interested in her enrollment numbers and not the quality of work and care her staff or even she provides. My child was subjected to subpar learning and an unequipped classroom. The room we were shown on the tour was bright, colorful, and had an abundance of things for the children to do. The room he was placed in however, was next to empty. My son is one and a half and was placed in what the director called a converted Infant room. She kept stressing because he was new to being in daycare he NEEDED to be in that room. No child should have been in that room. It had absolutely nothing stimulating for the children. They were running back and forth from one end to the other during the school day in a room with an empty bookshelf and a broken toy stove and a dirty cushion mat. For four hundred dollars a WEEK not only was it lacking but insulting to my child and the other children in the room. The teacher, who seemed to mean well, did not do any activities with the children nor make an effort to show that she was doing something with the kids. My son would come home in the evenings with adverse behavior such as hitting kicking and punching that was allowed in the school. Again he's one years old. At Brandywine the cameras do not show the whole classroom so there is no idea of what's going on.He has now been placed at another tutor time facility that is 1000% better. The new school has sufficient classrooms and teachers who are knowledgeable and put forth an effort to teach the children. His negative behaviors stopped almost immediately after leaving Brandywine and he is happy every single day to attend. He is thriving and learning something new every day! When we tune into the camera there is not a time where we cannot see the teachers do some activity with the kids keeping them engaged throughout the day. Not once have I had to call the director because she is on top of things and keeps her school running efficiently.Brandywine needs to be severely reevaluated and re staffed starting with the director. The director sets the tone and runs the ship. That ship has a hole in it. She is unprofessional and her behavior was alarming when it came to the concern and care of my child's education. For example we had a parent teacher conference and she insisted on keeping a pizza background (very unprofessional and disrespectful) in lue of the level of concerns we had.If you are looking for a daycare and let's your child run wild and be destructive- Brandywine seems to be the place. If you want a learning center as they advertise... send your babies elsewhere.Do not waste your child's learning time or your money. Brandywine was God awful! My child has been at his new school for a month and a half and has come home with so much positive behavior and skills like sign language, development in his vocabulary, and his physical development (climbing, running, hand eye coordination etc) all the things you want to see in your child's growth from school. Again he was not only delayed but also held back at Brandywine for the directors insane reasoning. To this day I do not understand delaying a child that displays a desire to learn. Brandywine is a big NO. Save your child and your money!

We have been with Tutor Time for almost 4 years. We have 2 children that absolutely adore their teachers and love going every day. We love that they offer an impressive curriculum starting in the infant room. Every staff member and teacher genuinely care about every child, their needs and interests are always met. The food provided is balanced and nutritious. Not having to supply diapers is also a huge bonus!!! They also have an interactive app to keep parents updated and engaged in the day to day activities! I highly recommend Tutor Time to any parent of young kids 12 weeks to 5yo.

I searched for months for the prefect daycare before our baby was born. I just happened to come across Tutor Time. The minute I walked in for my tour I knew it was the right place. Clean, organized, bright, playful, and safe. The app is great. Regular updates through out the day, pictures and videos. The staff is by far the best feature. Caring and loving, my daughter has not had one teacher that did not treat her as their own. They are well trained, knowledgeable, and I have leaned on more then one for much needed advice. Our daughter has flourished in their care. I would recommend this daycare to anyone and everyone.

We have been with Tutor Time for over a year and really like it. The app they use is updated often with adorable pictures and updates about how our kids are doing in the classrooms. We use them at home to talk with our oldest daughter about her day, and she loves watching the videos and pointing out her “best friends”. The playground is a great size for kids, and I like that it’s separated into 2 sides: one side for little kids, one side for bigger kids. Our infant loves the buggy rides, which are done indoors if it is raining or too hot out. The classroom materials and furniture are moved frequently enough to keep the rooms looking new and exciting. Classrooms always seemed in order and clean, even at the end of the day. With the Covid situation, we were nervous to send our kids back after being at home for so long, but the staff did a great job to communicate the new policies and procedures, and it didn’t take long for us all to be comfortable sending them in. Our daughters are very happy to be back with their friends and teachers. We would definitely recommend Tutor Time to any family looking for quality care for their children!

We switched to Tutor Time from another daycare over 2 years ago and are so happy we did! The staff is amazing and truly wonderful. I have no idea how they are able to pack so many activities into my son's day but the pictures and notes received through their app speak for themselves; he's got his hands full with arts and crafts, projects, centers, and outside time. Honestly outstanding!

In this difficult time of COVID-19, when most schools are closed/ do not enroll/"sorry, we have a waiting list", our family relocated from Kansas to Pennsylvania, for work. We urgently needed a place at daycare and I am very grateful to Marcia for her kind understanding of our situation, and enrolling our child asap. I can not write much about the center quite yet (because of COVID, I do not really know teachers yet, and because it has been only few weeks, I can not say much about their educational programs etc. Compared to our previous Child Development Center, Tutor Time is not doing the teeth brushing in the morning, and kids do not do hand-foot-print craft projects. Also, I do not know if kids get toilet trained at Tutor, as they were at our previous daycare. However, teachers definitely do a lot of reading with kids and help developing language and motor skills). To summarize, if you urgently need a good place for your child - Tutor is the best option!

A very professional and fun team that genuinely wants the best for every child at the center. During COVID19 the entire staff have worked extra hard to ensure the highest safety screening and health standards. Two of our children have enjoyed attending and soon baby no.3 will start.

Convenient location and parking. The staff are great although there was one who I got disappointed with. Daisy is the sweetest and Faith is very professionally friendly. The school director and assistant director are very nice. The ladies who takes care of my child most of the time are very helpful and kind. All of them are very pleasant, have genuine and pretty smile too. I love the precious time updates especially the pictures. The place is very welcoming compare to other daycare centers I have been to. All in all, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you everyone for making me feel that my child is safe and getting the TLC I expect as a mom. More power!
