Drove all the way out to this store at 11AM on a Saturday only to find they were closed, despite saying they were open online. I went to their competition and will continue to do so. This place is unreliable.

Not open during regular business hours? I'm not even talking +/- 1 hour of open/close. I wouldn't even rate them usually but: 1. Cigar shops around Wilmington all a waste of time 2. So many others had the same experience with them being closed.

Been visiting this place since it was in Concord Mall years ago. Bought my first pricey pipe there at the mall($35) around 1970. I support them all the way

Hours of operation are clearly posted on the door. I came to this shop around 6pm and was immediately told the store was closed. There also was a LED open sign lit in the window which leads me to believe the store being “closed” was personal. Literally opened the front door to walk in and a man yelled we’re closed.

Nice to deal with a very pleasant store owner who knows his products. I like Zippos and he carries a decen selection at fair prices. I reckon if youre a smoker, like nice unique cigarettes, cigars, or pipes, you will find what you need here.
