“Right on the corner of my street and regretfully I have never been here until today for an emergency flat tire and instead of trying to overcharge me and tell me I needed a new tire they fixed my tire and every one of them were good people. I felt it as soon as I walked in. They were graciously taking care of every customer and holding the door for an elderly woman with a walker. Very kind and not forgetting what matters in life.. not just chasing the next quick dollar. Good solid people. So nice to see. I will surely give them my business when needed.”

After a few minutes, he started the car, and everything seemed to be running fine. I don't remember the gentleman’s name, but he fixed the problem and explained everything to me. “I spoke to Joe at JV Auto repair and was able to schedule a follow up appointment the next day to look at my friends Jetta who was scheduled to travel back to Texas although her AC was not functioning correctly. JV quickly identified that the new compressor from Napa was defective but still under warranty. I returned the defective unit back to Napa for a full refund and opted to replace it with a new unit from the dealership. JV installed it that same day and I was up and running without issue. Nice work on identifying the root cause and resolving in short order. Great communication and service at a fair price! Respectfully, Artie”

Never does. Have been having problems with my cadillac since I bought it with tires. He always fixes them n he is so cheap w his prices it's unbelievable. Always perfect when I leave. I just wish he did more than tires. Cadillac tried to tell me no oil change till I get new tires cause I need them desperately. He said defitely not n that was 2 years ago Cadillac told me I need tires no tread. He n his people are the BEST!”

“I have a 2024 f150 xlt. Went here to get the 20 lariat chrome wheels with pirelli tires. They switched the tps sensors from my old rims to the new rims. I’m very picky. I told them please don’t scratch the rims. They have a professional tire and rim machine. They put the new rims on my truck,what a difference rims make. Very professional place with exact pricing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. No scratches at all. Rims where mint and tires were brand new. Awesome job!!!”
