Place is an absolute dump looks wise and cleanliness. Can’t handle the most basic of printing needs. Person behind counter hated his job and everyone in the massive line. Makes me reluctant to ever stop at any ups store moving forward.

The brand and location are the only things going for this place. Very poor customer service over the last year. And They don’t do many of the services other ups stores do such as label printing. It’s better to go to any other ups store location if you are trying to ship something and want to get it done on the first visit. I have never used them as a PO Box.

There is one guy with long hair, he was ready to be rude with me because I was there at 7 o'clock. This was my first time in UPS, I can't believe people can behave like that. Every bad behind with customers. Now I am going back home with my package ?

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience I had that with a gentleman today I wouldn’t even say a gentleman I’ve dealt with a man that was a UPS delivery driver and I feel where this person goes wrong at this I asked a personal question in regards of that I have a package or was he delivering here so I know to be outside to get my package that I’ve possibly getting delivered and this man said with a very disgusting Trifling very disrespectful and unprofessional attitude saying no I was very turned off and I hope to never see that person again was a UPS driver deliver that was off of Wilmington area delivering for other people which isn’t the problem this is the problem with some men today they have no respect for women I’m preaching my women rights as a 22 year old girl and he had a very nasty disrespectful attitude which is very disrespectful and he’s lucky I didn’t say anything because that’s just no way to talk to any women like that second to a female It’s like saying if you can’t do your job right that saying that they always use the term is if you can’t do your job the right way then why work for the job at all but I’m just laying out like this because I’ve already seen bad reviews of this post office and now I see that this UPS drivers are very disrespectful towards me at least one individual I dealt with I was very polite to this person and I didn’t deserve this very disgusting nasty And very unprofessional attitude just for me asking a simple question I’ve never dealt with the very disgusting nasty disrespectful and unprofessional UPS drivers and hope to never have to deal with one again that just shows we really do have some evil and disrespectful people in this world It’s like saying why are you have this job of delivering peoples things if you’re being totally disrespectful it’s very disgusting and I hope that I don’t ever have to deal with a UPS driver like that ever again
