Neat building, interesting location been here for decades so the accounting must be decent. But as a commuter we really Wish the owner would call police to remove the many trespassing bums & pan-handlers that routinely 'camp out' on his property. Especially the one sticking his legs out in lanes as traffic comes around the bend. Perhaps the bum wants a motorist to injure him bad enough to sue & or collect disability. ? It's an accident waiting to happen.

Buyer beware. I can hardly believe after 33+ years, started with Ralph V. Estep, Sr. May 1988 that this situation could be possible. I trusted Ralph, and all was fine. Then he recommended I change S-corp to LLC, so I thinking he has been great for so long, went for it....big mistake. He illegally put himself down as partner in my business-there is no proof I signed him to be partner, nor would I. After I found out he had his licensed revoked permanently 10 years ago to practice accountancy, I was stunned. (I not computer person, but better get with it.) To protect myself is not how I intended to live in my :GOLDEN YEARS: hANGS UP WONT TALK, SIGN OF GUILT IN MY OPINION

Been with this firm for about 25 years. Never a problem, always helpful. They have a newsletter to help us understand the tax code changes and the impact of changes regarding Covid.

This firm has been doing my taxes for almost 25 years and I have never had a problem. Always friendly and accommodating. I plan to continue with them for another 25 years!

Worst experience with any service provider I've ever worked with. If I could take out a billboard to warn people, I would. Had my 2017 taxes done with them and received a letter from the state almost 3 years later that they were done incorrectly and we owed money. Upon contacting the state, I was told the mistake was related to standard deduction vs. itemizing but that their policy had been in effect for many years. In other words, no seasoned accountant would have erred like that. Upon calling the Estep office, I was asked to physically bring in the letter, which I did. I had to call back (as they didn't return my call in the time that I requested) where I was told that they would cut a check for the minimal interest due but nothing else. I had already stopped going to them for their EXORBITANT charges (over $700 for two very basic returns) and when I requested a refund of some or all of the charge for one of the returns, (given it was done incorrectly), I was told "Well, we got you a refund that year...". But that was MY money being refunded, you just did what you were asked to do, and WRONG!! I was spoken to condescendingly at first by Mrs. Estep, the accountant, and then very rudely by Mr. Estep in a subsequent conversation. I couldn't have been more upset, disappointed, or angry in my dealings with them. They could care less about me as I was a former client. Oh, and Googling Mr. Estep later proved to be very enlightening...make sure you do so before even considering doing business with them!!!
