This Is a cute little piece of hidden history. They host different events different times of year. We were there for junior Entrepreneur exhibit. It was nice.

New owners are terrible. Treat their guests like it's an inconvenience. Won't let photographers do their job nor let the DJ play the music their BRIDAL PARTY asked them to play. Will never work a wedding here if my clients have booked here.

My experience as a guest at a wedding at the Carriage House in Wilmington, Delaware left me deeply disappointed. The venue coordinators, two women, were shockingly unprofessional and seemed to go out of their way to tarnish the bride and groom's special day. It was painful to witness the bride's unraveling as a result of the way these coordinators treated her and her new spouse. The bride's parents were also visibly upset by the behavior of these two women, casting a shadow over what should have been a joyous occasion. I can't emphasize enough how unprofessional and upsetting their conduct was throughout the evening. I'm sharing this review as a cautionary tale to any future bride and groom considering the Carriage House as their wedding venue, especially if these same coordinators are in charge. It's essential to ensure that your special day is managed by professionals who truly care about making it a memorable and stress-free experience.

Ample space for a wedding. Ample parking for guests. Food was delicious and the wait staff are courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the space and location. If I were to get married I would have it at this place too.

We hosted our daughters wedding at the Carriage House on August 11th 2023. Venue could not have been better. Mike, the owner, was outstanding in accommodating our group of 180 people and went beyond the call of duty at the end of the evening when we were locked out of the truck we were planning to store the wedding gear in. Food was amazing, which is not surprising given the Brandywine Prime connection, and the staff were extremely professional and friendly. We would highly recommend the Carriage House as a wedding venue set in the grounds of Rockwood Park, the aesthetics match the service.
