The branch manager, Amparo Xavier, RARELY has the answers to my questions about the bank's products when I call or email her. Most of the time she tells me she has to look into my concern and call me back. Half of the time, she doesn't even get back to me with the answer! I got the feeling she despises educated consumers. How does a branch manager NOT know the bank's products well enough to answer customer questions??? Her boss, Anthony Jang, thinks it's acceptable to not clear his phone messages so that others can leave him a message. That's arrogance! When I sent him an email about how unacceptable it is for a bank's executive to have his voicemail too full for others to leave him a message, he referred to it as a threat. He refused to give me his boss's name and contact information, but I got it from another employee anyway. Jang's boss, Linda McGuigan, is as apathetic about assisting customers as Amparo and Anthony are! To say that these 3 are vindictive against their customers who challenge them is an understatement. CONSUMERS BEWARE !!! Gotta love how this bank appoints people to positions based on politics instead of merit !!!

Most definitely not the most convenient bank. It seems like every time I stop at this particular location's ATM its out of order. I mean come on and get a working machine for gods sake I might change my negative review of this one

Every time I come in it’s a pleasure working with Justin & Emily. There is also another lady but I don’t remember her name :( Not only for my personal bank account but for the company I work for. They’re always super nice and have all the answers for my questions!

I live 5 minutes away from the downtown Wilmington location but will ALWAYS drive the extra couple miles to the 202 location because of the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone here. THANK YOU

I was disappointed as I could not enter to make a withdrawal as they had locked the doors and one could not get to the 24 hour ATM even after swiping my card. As I pulled away, it was clear that they were reloading the machine but posted no sign. Poor customer service.

Worst bank ever. Moved to Texas and someone used my account for a debit purchase in North Carolina. Cancelled card and was unable to replacement card at the time I was on the phone because they had my wife's address updated for our "joint" account but not on my profile so it didn't count. Person on the phone said I could send a message through the app on a secure server making the request and including my social security number. Certainly didn't feel like doing that for obvious reasons. So then I was told I could wait for the address change and then call back in a few days as was weekend. Fine. Call back and then told that I have to wait 30 days to receive a card due to an address change for a new card they told me they needed to send. I mean wtf... first, you didn't tell me that originally on my first call. second, the Customer service rep just repeated her script on why it can't be done instead of at least empathizing with the ridiculousness of the process. So I hung up on her. I try not to be a j**** but my god what am I supposed to do when that's the only interaction/support I get. Seriously. All I want is a f***ing debit card, but this bank is so inept they don't even know how to manage basic customer service. And the worst they just don't care. So not even worth saying much more than that, and hopefully somebody reading this elects not to go with them. Nothing worse than feeling like a business who for the moment has your business doesn't care. So Thanks to Yelp for letting me vent and helping me feel better than the actual bank who's customer I am.
