This is worst branch (Delaware Ave) in Delaware. Management at this location is lacking professionalism and is insensitive. The Concord Pike branch is excellent.

I had the worst experience dealing with TD Auto Finance a Division of TD Bank N.A. I would never recommend anyone to do service with this bank. 6 years of paying my vehicle and they decide to repossess it, with $3000 left to pay off because they are not willing to help me during a difficult time. Not willing to give me an extension so I can keep my car and keep going to work. Absolutely awful company please stay away from doing business with a company that is not willing to help.

I have banked with Td for years... I havent been inside the bank in about 2 years... Atm and everything online... So when I had to go inside today... It was several tellers behind the counter... Yet it was a line... The tellers were chatting and joking... And im waiting like hurry up.... They werent focused... I wanted to cash my check.. they said its a wells fargo check so I need to take it to that bank... Even though I have an account... So I just took it and deposited it instead... Waste of time... Standing in line... The teller had yo ask someone if they can cash a check that wasnt from TD... I was so confused because.. I thought if you had an account with a bank you can cash your check... But wont be going back to this one... These tellers need customer friendly training as well.. because it wasn't a greeting or a thanks.. they were too busy talking to each other

Seriously starting to hate TD bank. They are supposed to have a notary on staff during the work hours. We walk in the bank on a Tuesday @423pm. There is five people at the teller area. Two tellers actually working. Security guard sitting at the desks where the bankers sit. Good thing it’s not being robbed because he’d surely be no help. ??♀️ The people watching other work. We finally get called upon to deposit and have a notary. No notary. I’m so confused on why there are so many people working at the branch, that are watching others work with a line waiting and not one notary at location. Great job TD. Thank God I was not dependent on having this notarized immediately. Yet, the bank has no problem charging over draft fees and taking their monthly maintenance fee immediately.

Unbelievably frustrating experience opening a business account. After going through the process to register an LLC, register in the state and city, and set up fictitious name which required multiple state agencies, I wouldn’t have imagined that setting up a business bank account would be the most difficult and frustrating experience. But it was incredibly frustrating. It felt like they didn’t want the business. I needed 4 different types of ID, an official letter from the IRS and then after making multiple trips and submitting everything, I was told it’s too close to 5pm so they couldn’t process it that day because it takes an hour. They agree to process paperwork next day but then there is further back and forth about an official EIN document from the IRS, and manager approval is needed but manager isn’t there that day. So then they finally agree the next day to process account and I didn’t have to be there for it but would need to come sign something when done, which I was happy to do. I received message asking if I could come by today to which I replied yes and that I would be in this afternoon. I received a message saying great see you soon, but when I made it into the bank at 2:25, on a cold and rainy day, I find that the one any only person able to finish the process for me is on a 2 hour break. And no one else could help me. Beyond frustrating. “America’s most convenient bank” “banking more human”. That’s laughable. Not in my experience. I would recommend PNC right next door or any other bank of you are looking to set up a business account.

This bank is not good at all , they basically couldn’t even help me with getting my letter notarized and I was waiting for almost 45 minutes to a hour for a representative to help me also this location had to refund me lots of times due to their system taking out money that’s not supposed to be taking out. These problems need to be put to a stop so people can actually feel comfortable banking with this bank

I only got TD bank because my other bank account got hacked and the bank is currently fixing it. Iv had TD for maybe 2 months and it is completely ridiculous. They're pending transactions take forever and I try to keep track of it because I have certain things taken out automatically and I know obviously if you overdraft there is a fee but the way they charge you for every little thing and give you no time. Atleast at chase you can overdraft multiple times and they only charge you once plus they give you like 48 hours or maybe 72 to get caught up. Please do you homework before choosing a bank. Around here I recommend Chase or PNC!! TD Bank is theifs!! Then you get no help!!

I check my account daily no matter if it 50 cents in there oneday made deposit cash notice it never posted. When i hot back to office so i called the bank and told them the teller and amount and they found it and posted it that would of been 700 down the drain also its really sad that they charge 300 if you dont use there atm its such a rip off only atm available is at the bank location which is not convient

My experience this morning was really great. I am not certain of the correct spelling of her name, but Iyana or Ayanna was GREAT! Super friendly. As soon as I walked through the door, I got a welcoming HELLO greeting, and the transaction process was smooth. She’s also very professional and knowledgeable. I’m sure having her as an employee at this branch, will be nothing short of a valuable asset to TD BANK! Thank you!!!

This branch has the most incompetent staff of all the other branches. I think TD Bank sends their misfit employees (those they cannot fire) to work at this location. The manager, Pat Brody, is the worst of all~!
