Unfortunately I had to give one star and could not give zero stars. This is by far the worst Target I ever shopped, granted all Targets are going downhill imo. I had an issue and went to customer service to get it resolved. While there a lady had the exact same issue and they jumped through hoops to help said lady. Then it came to my turn, I was immediately met with a disgusted look by the employee, then said employee spoke to me like I was an inconvenience. Finally I was told by the employee there is nothing they can do even though it was the exact same issue as the customer in front of me. THE only difference was the color of my skin versus their color (guess I wasn't dark enough or too straight to get respect from the Target staff) This underlying issue has only gotten worse over the past few years. Also I would like to warn everyone that the store is always dirty especially the restrooms, the isles are always blocked with U-boats of merchandise never being worked, and the shelves are always bare. Good luck finding a floor associate that would actually help you instead of ignoring you completely. IF I WANTED SERVICE LIKE THAT I WOULD JUST SHOP AT WALMART!! Hell I get more respect in Walmart than I do at Target.

Seriously the worst customer service in any store I’ve ever been to. The employees closed the only fitting room in the store three hours before closing time because they had let clothes pile up everywhere as they sat around taking and didn’t want to deal with any more go-backs. Shelves are out of stock, trash strewn all over the aisles, disgusting bathrooms. Don’t even get me started on the Starbucks— absolutely filthy. They’ll either refuse to make drinks they don’t want to make or make them wrong and then have an attitude. As someone who worked retail for years, I know it can suck but this location needs to hire some employees willing to do the bare minimum

I ordered a crock pot, and the price was reasonable. I ordered a second crock pot to share as a gift. The store was organized and the clerks were willing to help me with my order. They also gave me a shopping cart to carry the products to my car.

Everyone loves Target, and I'm no exception. It's clean and bright inside. They sell groceries as well as clothing, housewares, etc. This is a smaller Target than some others I've been to, but it's still great.

nice newer target location, pretty quiet and pleasant place to shop. in store pick up for an online order was smooth. would recommend if looking for a place to stop by and shop or to pick up essentials for school/college/for fun because who doesn’t like target haul!!! i love target you should like this review because i said so and then go spend your $$ at target

Well the Store is Clean and very well organized I will Say those are positives to this Target. You'll have absolutly 0 problem finding anything on your own. The problem here is if you do need help Most of the Staff don't want to help and are rude and unwelcoming.

I always liked Target and I was excited for the Prices Corner store to open, however, I rarely go there anymore because their selection is small of everything, much smaller than the nearby Walmart. It's as if Target doesn't try by coming out with these smaller footprint stores. I'll stick with nearby Walmart.

Always working motorized shopping carts ,a HUGE plus for folks with mobility issues.I had a hard time reaching certain items, as items on the top back of the shelves are unreachable.( Paper towels, water, etc)

Spent about an hour shopping. Then went to check out and there were NO cashiers! The self checkout line was about 20 people long! There was an employee watching people self checking out! Why can’t she be checking people out? It’s ridiculous!! I can’t imagine a disabled person with a walker or cane or an elderly person trying to use self checkout!! By the way, I put my stuff back and left the store!!

I enjoyed stopping by for my quick groceries, get a gift card or a gift for a special occasion…plus there is a CVS inside and a Starbucks as well. Prices are reasonable do to today market. Wait in line goes quickly usually I never waited more than 15 minutes in line. Is usually very clean store. Most of the time I find what I’m looking for. I don’t know management but is a really well maintained store keep it up.

Prices Corner Target was great when opened. The outside of the area should be cleaned up. Specifically the back way to the store. People laying around the steps, very dirty outside, and urine smell. Is there a security guard on duty? Clean up crew ? People are the cause I know, but no reason for so much trash around.

Creepy floor, looks dirty. Cart shocks you as it rolls across the floor. The shocks are so strong you can hear them. Something weird going on in this store. No actual cashiers, self check out only. I will not go back to this store.

I would have rated this Target on Kirkwood Hwy no star due to my horrible phone experience with a male employee from customer service department at about 9pm last night, 6/23. I needed to buy a sleep wear for a private caregiver who volunteered to extend her duty for 24 hours by staying with my very sick loved one in the hospital last night. I did not want to drive to Target if they did not have a size 2XL for her. Since Target was closing at 10pm, I called customer service to ask if they have a 2XL sleep wear in the women’s department so I don’t have to go drive to their store. The guy who picked up the phone said he thinks they have it. I asked again if he is sure they have it. He responded to me with the same initial response. When I asked for his name he hing up on me. How RUDE!! Sad that Target hires people who has no people skills and give them a bad name.However, I am giving Target a 5 star for Amanda from the Styles department. I drove to Target at about 9:20pm, just before the 10pm closing. I asked a lady employee walking down the aisle where the women’s sleep wear department is and if they have a size 2XL. Amanda said she will walk with me to that section. They did not have the 2XL size but she recommended a long loose summer dress and a long sleeves women’s button down shirt to wear over it. Amanda actually showed me my choices of the dress and shirt and I found what I needed. Amanda is a gem who gives Target a good name versus that guy in the customer service who does not realize that his paycheck is brought to him by Target’s customers! Without the customers, he will not have a job! I hope Target sends him back to training where he can develop his customer and people skills!Thanks Amanda for doing a great job with treating your customers the way you want to be treated! Keep up the good job that you do.

The worst customer service under the sun. I will never waste my time or money there again. Ugggg is all I can manage to say. I have spent a lot of money there. After several disinterested and insulting incidents, last week‘s became the last straw when an item I needed would not scan and the girl confiscated it with the unsatisfying and wholly weird explanation of ”we cannot sell that brand (Target’s own) to you”. It happened again with a similar item of different flavor. I would not have filled my cart if I’d known I could not purchase those items because they were the most essential for the weekend.When I asked “Why?” All I got was a shrug. I pointed out that there being a case filled with these items that they cannot sell makes no sense; she said “I just work up here. I don’t know”.Apparently finding a person who DOES know isn’t an option.But, you know what? It’s fine, it’s fine because I decided the spear solution is to just let Target keep all the things I would have bought because I’m fairly confident there are places that want to sell the stuff in they have in their store.

Visiting from South Carolina .. needed something from Tech dept. No help anywhere to be found. Finally found a guy... He asked for someone to come to tech dept. No one showed up. I'll take my business somewhere else.#BuddhaReview
