This store is always very clean and well stocked. I am always able to find what I am looking for. I usually have a small order and use self checkout which is an easy process.

Check the dates on their products. Gonna have to make another trip since I accidentally picked up an item that's 6 months past exp date. Tried to do their online chat to handle at least a refund, but they wanted me to sit on the phone with their quality assurance line.

In general I like shopping at Target more than any other retailer and that is the only reason for 2 star otherwise it would 0 star for this particular Target store. Rude employees, does not know their own systems & how they work including the manager. After I explained, and showing it in the app, asked to scan the items in the register and it worked as explained, but they literally was refusing to do and kept insisting that the online offers does not work at in-store where the offer itself clearly states in-store and online. Most importantly, the cashier at the register gave the gift card without activating, so it did not work when I tried to add to wallet. Had to go back again to ask customer service, although they knew the issue there wasn't any apologies or courtesy gestures.

I used to love Target. I placed a same delivery for my friend in a nursing home.Placed order found out order was vendored to Schipt. Vendor accepted order but took it upon themselves to change delivery date to tomorrow? Schipt agreed to cancel but told me I have to wait for funds to return to my card ? I requested supervisor but representative over talked into insanity. Reached out to a flip, disrespectful at the pickup desk at Prices Corner store who totally ruined any chance to fix Targets sour taste in my mouth. She chose to address me as "honey" and made fun of my situation and sent me to Targets virtual wait and forgotten lines??? Just like Amazon great service and reputation got complacent and now you can expect to end up smart mouth, disrespectful girl who doesn't care about customers or Target's reputation.

I like target. Its a nice store. Oh yeah the manager PJ is a good manager. He solved a problem for me with the Upmost Respect and Digity . A great guy. He deserves a raise.

i shop here often and I would give 5 star reviews, but unfortunately most of the staff is not friendly, but anytime we go and Miss Donna is working she always makes my daughters and I experience great ! She is always positive, never forgets who we are and is the reason we choose this location amongst the other nearby locations. We hope target appreciates the employee she is !

Without a doubt it is my favorite store, it is always organized, I find a variety of products, there are always sales and the staff is incredible, especially the Brandywine store in Wilmington De, ?❤️

I’m not a huge fan of Target, I think they’re overpriced most of the time. I’ve shopped at this location a couple of times and I usually have trouble finding what I’m looking for. Tonight I went for a couple of things but they were completely out of 3 things I wanted. I don’t like Walmart any better but at least Walmart usually has the lowest prices.

Ordering to pick up is very slow!! The shop assistance has to go to another area to find pick up items!!
