I’ve been a 15 year tenant. The Wilmington, DE facility is clean, secure, and provides multiple floor dollies.The BEST part is the on-site manager. He is always the most courteous and helpful guy you could ever ask for. SROA should give him a raise as ANY company would benefit from an employee of his caliber!!!

The store manager Mr. Marland was very nice and friendly. He told me about the fees and the hours of operation. The facility was very clean. I'm looking forward to storing my items here where it will be safe and secure. The one thing that sold me was that this is a climate control building.
