Go anywhere else for TSA Pre-check appointment. Had an appointment at 4:50. Waited until 5:40 to get in. The appointment sign up online is a joke. Just serves as a reason to deny walk-ins. I've spent less time waiting at the airport regular security line than this. Garbage...

Yasmin was amazing it was not my first time in this location but the interaction I had with her made my travel to the store worth while and worth raving about! She literally helped me print all of my paperwork for my mom she printed my shipping labels for my Amazon packages that I forgot at home which I didn’t even know you can do and here’s the kicker we sent them out ups right there!!!!!!! When I say I am so thankful staples had it all in one place and an employee willing to offer and take on the whole process! Because I would have walked out and went to another business to ship my packages and had to go home to get the labels ? so she gets all the praise from me. Customer service on 101010101010 that day!

Went here to enroll for TSA Precheck, other than waiting almost an hour after my appointment time everything went fine.

I was able to get what I needed, which was fine. However, the checkout experience was lacking. There were several people on line and one cashier who was working at an incredibly slow pace. It did not occur to her to request support, nor did any other employee or manager attempt to come over and help. Totally weak sauce.

Horrible. The woman in the copy center is completely aloof to anything going on around her. She sat there and did not address me or look at me for five minutes. I gave up trying to get her attention, so husband went in to try. She barely said a word to him, then coughed in his face to the point where he had to backup. This was at 10:30 on 8/19... just in case management wants to do the right thing and reprimand her.
