“First time to this store. I called ahead to see if they had a 22 pellet gun and they did. Went inside and it's a great layout inside with a good selection. Next time I'm looking for a firearm I'll also consider going here. Prices reasonable too.”

“My wife and I were looking for very supportive yet comfortable shoes for an upcoming trip that will include a LOT of walking. We are seniors so it can be difficult to find the perfect fit and orthopedic support. New Balance has a great reputation so we visited the Brandywine store and was greeted promptly by Andrew. He was extremely helpful and measured our feet with the 3D scanner as well as the old fashioned metal contraption. My wife and I were surprised that we each measured a size larger the what we believed for decades. Andrew was very patient, and assisted us in trying on several pairs of shoes. Despite the store getting busy his attention never waivered. Although we are not used to spending so much on "sneakers" we did make a purchase because when it fits...it fits!

“I went to Famous Footwear at Concord Mall, Wilmington, DE today to get clarification on a pair of Nike sneakers I had just purchased online a few days prior for my grandson for Christmas. The packing order and the shoebox description did not match. I was assisted by Val who researched and cleared up my concerns within minutes and I was now comfortable that the contents were the correct shoes. “Great prices and nice staff. Haven't shopped enough to be able to evaluate the quality of everything, but you can't beat the prices when in need! Line got quite long but they did their best (the ladies did anyway) to move the line along in a timely manner.
