I’ve been coming there for about 8 years but for some reason I still feel discriminated while shopping with my 4 year old.They only watch over black customers.I don’t appreciate it and I spend my money just like everyone else enough is enough!!! Racist employees at this location!!

I am done with this ShopRite…rude employees from the deli counter to the fried chicken guy to the cashiers ..3 visits in the last 3 weeks and each time someone was rude and unfriendly

Store’s layout is inconvenient and not shopper friendly. Workers don’t seem to want to help. Big black lady with the crunchy wig who identifies as management is rude and unprofessional. Dude in deli looks like a drug addict, ex con who doesn’t have a sense of urgency. Most of the female cashiers are rude. There’s a white cashiers who looks like a recovering meth addict and is rude. Just don’t shop here. I will not be shopping this location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have (now had) been shopping at this specific ShopRite for almost 25 years. The last 4 years have seen the store and it's employees go downhill and now hit rock bottom. The front end manager was rude and inconsiderate to both me as a customer and to her employee running the register. The employee at the register has no interest in being there and wouldn't even move out of my way to get through the god forsaken checkout arrangement that is an utter failure. It's sad to see a place that used to be so well run and operated fall into the gutter. I'm surprised shop rite as a company would even want their name associated with this store. Stay away. There are better options and I'd rather pay a few dollars more to be treated like a human being and a paying customer.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but yesterday my experience did not go well. I placed an online delivery order and half of the items that I ordered were cancelled because they didn’t have them in stock in the store. They didn’t even call me to tell me if I either wanted to cancel the item or offer me a substitute. If you don’t have an item in the store take it off of your website. Secondly there was another item that was on my receipt but I didn’t receive it. When I received my order there was a bag that wasn’t packed very well because they had put all of my can goods all in the same bag that it broke. My delivery driver had trouble carrying the bag and I had to help her carry the loose cans that fell out of the bag and several of my cans got dented. I called this morning about my missing item and the boy that answered the phone was not friendly at all. He sounded like he was in a hurry to get off of the phone. He gave me a refund for my missing item but he didn’t even say “I’m sorry that this happened” or anything. I will never shop at this location again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location and save yourself from frustration and aggravation.

Ever since this ShopRite took out the actual cash registers/lanes and replaced them with self check out it has been a hassle. Lines are backed up into the isles because they never have more than 5 registers open and the self check out machines are awful. Not to mention there’s practically no space to bag your items.

I went to order cheese ny American she never apologized
Then I order 1/2 pound of my cheese again she got it wrong she gave me a pound very rude. Last customer she threw her meat on counter. Needs more training.much better visit to found everything I need. This place is going down terrible price gauging for a lighter almost 5 dollars and other products no longer there, water only bowl basket its nasty hardly any. Nice visit cashiers ,don't want to pay pretty sad used to be a nice store, have to find a new store. The rest of grocery stores have plenty of help don't be so cheap. Very sad.?better visit well stock more cashiers not bad.good visit bought wrong potatoes chips and return with no problem. Nice visit found everything Came in on labor day everything was stocked i was impressed. Found everything I needed.Nice well stock store found everything I need.

This is a good shop rite but they need to have their cashiers actually help the customers bag when they ask for bags. I had to step away for a brief moment to get a couple of things I forgot in your shopping list and when I came back the cashier didn't even bother to help bag my groceries. I was stuck doing it by myself for both of my orders. It added almost 10 minutes to my time. That's just not good customer service.
