Price was high for a 10 year old vehicle. They refused to budge. Typical sales riffs. I would recommend them if they had the vehicle you wanted or needed. Nothing else. They told me the oil was changed when they got it in. I got it and oil life was at 40%. When I asked, I was guaranteed the oil was changed and just never reset in the computer. Can't trust it at this point. I'll change the oil after that 40% reaches 0%.
It's a shame really, they were all very friendly and helpful. But I guess that's what a sales team should be. Wish I didn't HAVE to give such a harsh review, but the sales manager just expects everyone is a total moron. If I weren't in a bind I would've walked and let them come back with a better offer. My bad for letting them get the best of me I guess.
