great bank, my wife has an account here and they are great to her! they know her on the phone and when she walks in she is greeted BY HER NAME! even the head teller knows her and she might go in the bank every couple mos. or so! im going to be switching banks this month!

It's just like any other bank, no difference. I was hoping that there will be some difference in terms of customer service.
