I have received terrible service from these people, I asked them to process my application to accept SNAP (EBT) benefits at my store, the process began in October of last year and in April of this year it was not yet approved so they I asked for a refund of the money they had asked me for in advance, $600 (half of the total cost). Therefore, I applied the application myself and in less than a month and a half I am already accepting these cards in my business.
In all these months I was always aware of the application and always called them to find out the status of the application (Mariana was responsible for handling my process) she never answered my calls. When the assistant answered me she always told me that Mariana was busy and couldn't help me and that she would call me back later but she never did, I had to call several times a day to be able to talk to Mariana and when I spoke to her it was always The same as the request had not yet been approved and that I had to wait, he never bothered to follow up on my request.
Do not hire the service of these people, they make you lose money.
Apart from the fact that they put you on hold on calls and make you listen to horrible Amazon audio.
