The store manager banned me and has no respect for people with disabilities and is very prejudice against people with autism like myself and the store manager and the regional manager needs to get fired

Could close between a few minutes to a whole hour early. I showed up tonight and it was closed 40 minutes early. This isn't the first time I've showed up and they closed very early.

We are waiting outside for the store to open. The sign on the door says temporarily closed, be back at 6pm-8pm. It's 6:19 and there's still no one in the store and it's closed.

Tried to buy a new straight razor and asked the girl before I asked her to even unlock anything, if the straight razor that has a safety guard on, is able to come off. If not I'd choose the one next to it.She tells me yes the guard comes off, so I buy it and get home to see how I can get this safety guard off. To save time and effort I opened the razor blades that came with it and see they all have that guard on there and there's no way to take it off.So now that my time and money has been wasted I have to go back in there to exchange it or get my money back. Because the sales associate couldn't perform her job correctly.It wouldn't be a big deal and would probably have gotten a better rating if the girl could've at least had the decency to just say she doesn't know the answer to my question instead of giving any lame answer she can just to get me out of the store faster.These younger kids don't have a clue on how to do a job well done. They'd get more recognition if they would at least try to do the job they were hired to do.

I was in line waiting to be checked out listening to a Manager talk to a customer with no mask. The manager stated how she recognized her for being a frequent customer and as long as other people are wearing mask it is safe. The woman stated how she gets grief for walking around in other places with no mask and appreciated her. I am really disappointed at both women. 1st the manager put her employees at risk along with other customers. If we all thought that the rules didn't apply to us we all be unmasked. But living in the unknown I'd rather be safe. She didn't care about her life but I care about mine and others. So selfish!!!
