I enjoy working with SalesinUSA. They pay great attention to details and are very proactive. They are also very accommodating to my requests for things like special packaging, urgent requests, taking photos of my products for ungating, etc. Would recommend their service to anyone.

Fraudulent international freight forwarder, files claims that package didn't arrive, gets a refund, keeps packages and then sends them to their international clients for a double payout. FRAUD! BEWARE!

Account manager strings you along for a couple weeks then says the work cant be done because we havent got the shipment when tracking says its been delivered and signed for. Wont be using these lot again.

Those one star reviews are all true. At least 15% of the packages are lost even though the tracking shows they are received by employees that work there. They will not take any responsibility or reimburse the lost items instead they just blame UPS and ask yourself to file claims with UPS. There are 5 star reviews only because the company asked the clients to write 5 star reviews for them and give some money back from the handling fee. The $20 is worth lying about the experience. And also be careful about hidden fees that are not listed on the pricing.

They are great at communicating with clients, my account manager is always on top of any issues that arise. Never had any problems with fulfillment of my orders, they ship out within the same day. No complaints. (5 stars)

We have been with Sales in USA for a while now. Their service is amazing! They are always available to listen and help, they are accurate and speedy with despatch and they are willing to work with us flexibly. I know from experience that its hard to find a fulfilment centre that can be trusted with your business and as such I highly recommend them.
