Our truck, a commercial vehicle, needed a replacement rear window after a branch hit it during a storm. We received an estimate the same day once we emailed our request. The work was scheduled within a week and completed the same day. We will not hesitate to use their services again for all our trucks

If you are considering this place to replace your windshield, spare a couple minutes and read my review below.I am very dissatisfied with the service in Safelite after raising my issue on multiple occasions and not receiving one single response from the agent/manager of this establishment for 8 months! . Below I am presenting background on all the events that occurred.I scheduled a visit for a windshield replacement in April 2023 and the whole experience was positive until I got back to my car and realized that the car's HVAC system was not working. I immediately came back to Safelite for assistance. The agents were trying to assist, reading my cars manual but then acknowledged that they had no expertise with these newer models and that they were not sure how to fix it. They advised me to take my car to my leadership for repairs while also recognizing that they will refund me the money for any repairs. Amadio Barlow gave me his business card and apologized for the issue. He told me that I could email him and they will take care of the refund, in the case I incurred any further expenses.I called Hyundai Hertrich at New Castle, Delaware and they had an opening 2 months later due to availability limitations. I had to spend 2 MONTHS without any air conditioning during the heated summer. I was already not having the best customer service experience.My car's dealership did a revision and found out that the wires in the windshield were damaged and asked if I had my windshield recently replaced. I responded yes, then the manager showed me a picture of the wires that were damaged during the windshield replacement/installation (Picture attached).They repaired the damage and I went back home with a fully functioning car.It has been MONTHS without getting any feedback or any response to my emails from Amadio.I need a response and a solution on this as soon as possible please. The $ amount is significant and I cannot wait any longer.

Stay away from this company! They wasted several hours of my time as well as my money and I still have a broken windshield. You are better off going directly to a dealership.

The store means well but the chip in my windshield that was repaired looks poorly done. I also paid for new windshield wipers and they were not installed. More upsetting they didn't wipe my whole windshield clean after repairing the chip. Small things that could go a long way. I've had tried other Safelites and they were great. This one definetly didn't stand up to expectations.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They cancelled and rescheduled on us three times. After the third time I cancelled entirely and looked around for a local autoglass supplier. Found someone that could take us in that morning and for 1/4 the price that safelite quoted us. Save yourself the money and agravation. Avoid Safelite.

Called for an estimate to fix the driver's side window that was off the track. Representative told me that they would have to replace the glass. It's not broken or chipped so that makes no sense. Also said that they would give me brand new windshield wiper blades. That makes no sense either. We're talking about the driver's side window, not the windshield. So if they take my old window glass, what are they going to do with it? If they really do install a new glass. Needless to say, we're not going there for this service.

This is my first time getting service with this place and UNFORTUNATELY they could not be more unprofessional and any more disorganized, had a 12 to 5 appt. I was very happy to hear the tech call me and ask if he could come earlier but then he calls and ask questions that were clearly answered online , then he calls and ask if he could drive my car to the shop , after I said NO then he calls and says it is drizzling out and can't do it ,I inform him the day is cloudy but it's not raining or drizzling I'm standing outside as we speak he says OK I'm 5 min away I'll be their , arrives in 5 min as said he looks at my windshield gets on his phone then says it seems like we might have rain and the cups won't hold well so I can't do it. HOW MANY MORE EXCUSES CAN YOU HAVE NOT TO WORK. Then I call in and ask if I can just take my car in that's when I get informed that SOMEONE CANCELED the order. not me!!!! Manager says he cannot see who did it but now I have to wait 5 business days to get my money back and schedule with someone else . I honestly thought highly recommended SAFELITE with their great commercials would try to keep a high standard name GUESS NOT. DELAWARE don't waste ur time or money if you cannot get the right service for your money $645.00 not good enough for them I guess yes that was the charge for my windshield.. can't put up Pic. But DELAWARE AUTO GLASS came out same day and did the a great job for $259.00.

Dont waste your time. Cancelled on me twice. Once for rain and it never rained. Then today a second time because it was too late and dark out. Wasted 2 half days out of my life. Absolutely non sense.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone for over 2 weeks to make an appointment to bring my car in to get my whole front windshield replace and I've yet to have a respond yet to get ahold of anyone yet to have an appointment made ?

Sadly I don’t remember the woman’s name at the window or the tech that fixed my windshield but I will never forget their faces or how kind they were. I came in after a tech was supposed to come to my home and was unable to make it. The guy that inspected my windshield told me that my chip actually had multiple chips and that they could try to seal it but my windshield may get destroyed. I asked them to try because I had just gotten my windshield replaced a few months ago. Well while the guy was doing his best in the back, the woman up front was nice enough to chat with me and keep me from freaking out about possibly spending money I didn’t have. End result. Chips were sealed. I didn’t need a new windshield. They were very upfront and informative about everything but also sympathetic towards my situation. Thank you.
