All I can say is thank you! I had a nightmare problem with my glad being incompatible with a VW and the original Safelite in Springfield was a disaster and wouldn't fix the window they had replaced with the faulty glass. The Safelite manager in Wilmington stepped up to the plate and got his management involved to make this right for me. They did a fantastic job and couldn't be nicer. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I work A LOT and did not have time to get to the shop. They came to my job and fixed my window. What more could you ask for?! Icing on the cake…the installer that came out was easy and pleasant to deal with.

1 1/2 years ago Safelite replaced my windshield. Good job I thought until the recent torential rains.the water came pouring in from above the mirror to the extent that my compartments were over flowing. Contacted our local Safelite office that did the work.they scheduled the appointment and called back next day canceling as it was not covered under warranty... I reached out to another company, he found the windshield was lifting out of car.. identified all the windshield clips had been broken by safelite and super glued back on... I had higher expectations. Will never use Safelite again.

I got my windshield replaced and a week later I noticed that one of the wipers wasn’t sitting properly on the windshield and it was leaving streaks. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge and in less than 10 minutes. This location offers exceptional customer service. Shout out to the older glass tech gentleman who fixed my wipers.

Tech came out the first day and could not replace my window because the new one had a defect. I appreciated the honesty. The second time a different tech came out to do the job. He called me when he was done. Upon inspecting the vehicle, both of the trim molding pieces by the window were raised and cracked. The rearview mirror was mounted incorrectly and would shake when driving. I paid for new wiper blades and they were never installed. I called to have it fixed and they came out a third time. This tech fixed the rearview and replaced the wipers. He told me he fixed the trim molding and I was all done. However he told me he put tape over the molding and to leave it on for 4 hours until the glue dried. The next morning I went out to my car and the broken trim molding was sticking back up. He just tried to glue the broken piece back together. I called to have it fixed again and they directed me to go to a shop in person. Luckily the shop replaced the molding within 5 minutes. Me having to take 3 days off work to fix what should have been a 1 day job is ridiculous. The condition that the second tech left the vehicle in blows my mind.

I had to reschedule my appointment 5 times because they didn't have the parts to fix my windshield in, the parts they ordered were broken, or they ordered the wrong items. I got a different story about what happened from different staff memebers. For each appointment they didn't call me before my appointment so I drove there 5 times expecting that my windshield would finally be replaced only for them to cancel after I dropped my car off. Very poor communication. Highly recommended finding another place to go to get your windshield replaced or fixed in a timely manner.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Safelight. Came to my work and was on time. Fixed a chip in my windshield in less than 20 minutes. The tech Ted was friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

They removed my inspection stickers and did not reinstall. They did not put back my easy pass, where it belongs. I requested that they return my new wiper blades, and they forgot it’s impossible to communicate with them because all the cars go to a call center. Unfortunately for me this is not the first time I’ve had a windshield replaced any other location I have taken. My car has returned it in the original condition. I took it with the replaced windshield. This was a first time and a last time for me.
Needs blades are defective and the windshield was delivered so dirty looks like they rubbed butter on the inside. Just a complete horrible experience. 4 days later and still waiting for a call back after contacting customer service.

My windshield was smashed and I needed a fix today yet you call and the machine doesn't connect you to a person to make a appointment in anyway. It's only online. There's no reason to even make a call service sucks!!!

It depends on who you get. The first guy that came out to fix a chip in my window was amazing. You couldn't see anything of where he worked. Wouldn't have even known he was in my car except for I had to give him my keys. Then I had a crack from a rock and had to have the whole windshield replaced and there was a mess left in my car and they didn't put the rear view mirror on correctly. I had to stop and get it redone so it all depends on who you get. Good luck!

My 1st experience didn't start out well. The installer showed up to my house after five for installation. The installer broke the windshield while installing the windshield at it appeared that some damage was done to my paint around the areas of windshield.I had to drive around a week with a cracked windshield because the glue had to dry for a week before the windshield could be removed and a new windshield be installed. I had to go to a safelite site to get a new windshield installed. I have to say the manager did his best to make things right. which I appreciate, and the staff at the facility were very nice and wanted to also make things right...I would have given this review one star, but due to everyone listening and find a good solution the problem you deserve a 5 star. Keep up the good work.

I had a technician out to our office to repair a chip that was on the windshield of one of our trucks. Our technician Ryan was polite and friendly. He explained everything prior to starting work and went over aftercare with me as well. He completed the work quickly and now you can not even tell that a chip was there.
